Miles, your engineer, called to check if he could come earlier than booked. Which was very convenient.
He was very polite and efficient.
Everything in the cellar was checked and left clean and in good working order.

Booking a visit from a PPS engineer has always been easy, efficient, and friendly. Over the years I have had different engineers to fix problems or service the system and they have always been helpful and informative. I thoroughly recommend using PPS.

Our London keyholder waited over five hours without a PPS engineer regular update of expected time of arrival. Not sure why PPS can’t keep their next appointment updated as a simple courtesy, we all have mobiles! Engineer spent about 25mins on-site, left but the fault returned a few days later needing another longer second visit, & new engineer, a much better experience who fixed the problem touch wood installing new float, so I will rate him much higher. A mixed experience over two visits. Yet PPS backoffice very helpful throughout, but first visit was a waste of everybody's time and my money.

We have been using this company for 16 years to maintain our basement pump system. The service we received has been consistently excellent and pricing has been reasonable.
