Keeping my machines alive and well
If it wasn't for this company and the service they provide alot of my power tools would have been scraped.

Bought a Mirka sander from them having…
Bought a Mirka sander from them having phoned them first to make sure with was what I needed and that it would fit onto my existing Mirka extractor vacuum They assured me it would and that it came with the required hoses. Now find it does not fit and no hoses came with it (it’s actually completely the wrong sander ) Asked to return it and exchange it for the correct sander only to be told that the won’t accept it for exchange as it wasn’t a stock item - but were prepared to offer me a discount on the new sander. Won’t be buying from this company again

Having investigated this, it appears that you had already self-selected this tool for order (our subsequent telephone call established it was actually incorrect immediately). In terms of dust extraction compatibility, the tool will indeed fit your Mirka extractor assuming you continue to use the correct hose fittings.
At Power Tool Sales, we pride ourselves in offering a high level of service to all of our customers in reaching the correct solution for their needs. This support is limited by the information provided to us (having discussed further, we quickly established this tool was not suitable for your use)

I came into the store after a Fein tool the colleagues behind the the counter were both helpful and knowledgeable.
I left them with what I needed and before the end of the day they had found what I needed and emailed everything I needed to do.
