Great training provider!
I recently completed my combined diploma with Power Academy UK and what a great company it was to be with! I was originally with another provider but due to their timings with work marking and the amount of submissions you were allowed to submit I had to change to allow for flexibility. Zoe was able to reassure me that I would be able to complete the course within a timeframe of around 12 weeks and this is what I did. Power Academy tutors made sure that work was marked within 1-2 days and were always on hand to offer admin and tutor support no matter the day or time. When it came to the practical I did this face to face and this was a great experience, they made sure there were students there for me to use and made me feel at ease and confident in what I needed to do. There is not one thing I can fault with Power Academy and I would like to thank Panny for dealing with enquiries in a timely professional manner and George and Bobby for being great tutors and guiding me through my difficulties via zoom calls. I would definitely recommend Power Academy to anyone wanting to be either a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
Thank you so much for all the support and I look forward to getting some clients via the trainer directory 💪

Great course, even better staff!
Power academy have been perfect by helping me every step of the way with the great course that they offer, the course was relevant and genuinely helpful to help me get started in a new career in the fitness industry. I had been a student of another course that didn’t offer anywhere near the level of care and knowledge that power academy provides. All in all from start to finish the course was great but what really shone through was the highest level of professionalism by all the staff and the genuine support that they give their students.

Needs more clarity!
The mentor has been helpful when needed but the course content is complicated and hard to use which requires a lot of unanswered questions. Also, the assignment state you need for example, 45/50 and I have on the first submission received 48/50 but still having to refer- which makes no sense as the pass mark is clearly on the brief. The course is taking a lot longer than anticipated, especially when I was enquiring about the course. Level 2 is too in-depth and a bit unnecessary for all the video recordings that have minimal detail so causes a lot of confusion.

Dear Megan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with our course. We appreciate your honesty, and we value all feedback as it helps us improve our offerings.
We're glad to hear that you found your mentor to be helpful when needed. However, we are sorry to learn that you found the course content complicated and difficult to use. We understand that this can be frustrating and can lead to unanswered questions. We continuously strive to strike a balance between providing comprehensive content and ensuring it is accessible and user-friendly. We will take your feedback into consideration as we work on refining and enhancing the course material to make it more intuitive and easier to navigate.
Regarding the assignment grading, we apologise for any confusion caused. It's important to clarify that we adhere to strict marking criteria as required by our awarding body. This strictness is intended to ensure that our students receive a highly sought-after qualification that is recognised and valued in the industry. We aim to maintain a high standard of assessment, and this sometimes means that meeting the minimum pass mark for each question is essential, even if the overall score exceeds the pass mark. We apologise if this was not clearly communicated, and we will make sure to provide clearer instructions in the future to avoid any misunderstanding. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make necessary adjustments and improvements to our grading process.
Additionally, we would like to mention that the practical assessment component of the course is designed to be comprehensive and aligned with the practical marking criteria. It is important for students to carefully follow the practical marking criteria in order to ensure they meet the required standards. We understand that some students may find the practical assessment challenging, but we are always available to provide guidance and support to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the criteria and can successfully complete the assessment.
We also apologise for any delays you experienced during the course. We understand that it can be frustrating when the course duration exceeds the anticipated timeframe. We will evaluate our course structure and consider how we can provide clearer information regarding the expected duration to manage expectations better.
Regarding the level of depth in the Level 2 course, we appreciate your input. We aim to strike a balance between providing sufficient detail and avoiding overwhelming our students. We will review the course recordings to ensure they provide the necessary information without causing confusion. Your feedback will help us make necessary adjustments to create a more effective learning experience.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and your patience during this course. We are committed to continuous improvement, and your insights will be taken into account as we enhance our course content, grading process, and communication. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are here to assist you and ensure you have a positive learning experience.
Thank you once again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Best regards,
The Power Academy Team
