His knowledge, encouragement and support made such a huge difference, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me through it.

Initially I was sceptical about doing…
Initially I was sceptical about doing my course online as id never done it before but upon speaking to Power Academy I was reassured that I would be given the support I needed and well lets say they went over and beyond my expectations, the learners platform is easy to use, the tutorials are very informative and the manuals are downloadable so I could create my own folder to refer back too, when I reached out for assistance or a little direction I was always met with knowledge and encouragement the team always asked how I was and it felt they really cared which meant I felt I could ask those silly 2+2 = 4 questions and I wasn't being judged for over seeing the answer, over time my who idea of being a PT evolved and now because of the conversations I've had with the team at Power Academy I'm confidently building a business in fitness, I couldn't be happier with the service that has been provided, Power Academy has been an investment in my future and I would recommend using their services to anyone wanting to start a career in fitness

Review
Good course, easy to go at your own pace. However, a bit more communication from your tutor is needed. Towards the end of the course, their was no real interest from my tutor to support me completing the course, or explaining about progression or the next steps.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the course and appreciated the flexibility of being able to study at your own pace.
We're naturally disappointed to hear your comments regarding tutor communication, particularly as you had previously shared positive feedback with our administration team about your experience and expressed an interest in progressing to the next qualification with us.
We take learner support very seriously, which is why our learning platform provides access to a dedicated support booking system throughout the course. This allows learners to arrange one-to-one telephone or video calls with their tutor whenever additional guidance is needed.
We also understand that tutors may occasionally be unavailable due to annual leave or outside their normal working hours. However, our tutors are extremely dedicated and often make a conscious effort to respond to learners and provide guidance even during their personal time. While this is certainly not an expectation we place on our team, it reflects their genuine commitment to supporting our learners.
We also ensure that alternative support channels are available through our administration team, who can assist with queries, arrange additional support or escalate any concerns during office hours. We never want learners to feel that their progress depends solely on the availability of one individual.
Having reviewed the tutor correspondence relating to your course, we can also see that your emails and questions were responded to within reasonable timeframes. However, we appreciate that receiving timely responses and feeling fully supported are not always the same thing, and we're sorry that you felt additional guidance was needed towards the end of your course.
We still welcome the opportunity to address these concerns directly, particularly regarding your next steps and progression opportunities, as supporting our learners beyond their qualifications is something we're equally passionate about.
If you would still like further guidance regarding your career opportunities, potential progression routes or additional qualifications, please don't hesitate to contact our team. We're always happy to offer advice and support, even after you've completed your course, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your next steps with you.
Nevertheless, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board as we continually look to improve the learner experience.
We wish you every success in your fitness career and would be more than happy to support you with your future qualifications.

Best I've found in on-line training!
I can honestly say, Power Academy were brilliant from start to finish. They made adaptations for my dyslexia, offered lots of additional support, were friendly, professional, gave me regular feedback, replied promptly to all my messages & were very professional. I had some personal challenges & 2 very serious health issues during the course of my study. I cannot express how brilliant the staff were, in particular George F my course tutor & Zoe, in the office. They did everything they could to help me & frankly, without there help, patience & kindness I would not have passed. Thankfully (with their support) I did pass & am now looking forward to putting my qualification to good use! Thank you!!! Jim H

Excellent PT course
Course is fantastic value for money. Materials are excellent, largely up-do-date with research and really deepened my understanding, especially anatomy and physiology. Online learning and submission platform is easy to use and tutors were very fast to mark and respond to any queries. Course work is extensive, but not onerous if you're passionate about the subject, and designed well to make you really engage with the content. Great flexibility in payment options as well.
