Postpack Anmeldelser

Sturdy boxes to make up from flat pack. Useful ‘fragile’ parcel tape. Courier service didn’t deliver first time and returned order to firm but customer service at Postpack sorted it out straight away.,

I only ordered one box as that was all I needed. It didn't turn up within the advised time frame so I dropped the Postpack service department a line. The response from Emma in Sales & Customer Services was very swift and apologetic . Apparently I should have received an email informing me that it was out of stock and would be a few days late being delivered. A couple more exchanges followed with all my emails being responded to very quickly. All organisations suffer from the odd glitch, it's how they deal with them that matters; Postpack have definitely impressed me with their level of service. Oh and the box has now been delivered and I am very happy with that as well!

The box was fantastic, just abit pricey for delivery.

As described. I will buy from this company again.

The boxes were as described and arrived within a few days. They were easy to assemble and of good quality for the price.

ON THE BALL YET AGAIN, SPEEDY PROMPT SERVICE

It's not often I give reviews, but this product was exceptional quality and value for money!

Always reliable service and quality products.

very helpful in sourcing the correct size boxes

I needed an awkward sized, custom made box which Postpack was able to make and also I only needed it in one quantity (which not many sites offer). I am extremely grateful for this. Also, they had next day delivery which was great. Thank you Postpack!

The boxes I ordered arrived safely, and in packaging that could also be used as a box! Very good products, strong, and leaves you feeling safe that your packages will arrive in good shape.

The box arrived damaged, with bent edges

Excellent and fast service, item arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. Well packed and a good price. Would certainly order again.

Great quality product. Will definitely use them again

Strong boxes. Very happy with them indeed. Night recommend. Next day delivery

Had a box made to specific measurements. Arrived promptly and got exactly what I asked for. Good service.

Good service but a little slow with dispatch I needed to email to find out when my order was to be sent but fast customer service response but I feel the dispatch could be quicker and better email of order status, Order packed well and very pleased with the quality of the boxes, if dispatch and email updates had been better I would have given 5 stars.
