I've been ordering from Postpack since 2023 but consistently for about a year now and I've always recieved great service. Nick is my main point of contact who is always friendly and efficient.

DPD delivered part of our order to the wrong address but, after scrutinising the photo showing 'proof of delivery', I was able to track the box down to the building site next door. This was not Postpak's fault at all and Alex in the sales departments went out of his way to help me track it down. Thanks Alex - kudos to you :-)

Great Bespoke product perfect for corporate gifting, and really helpful within design work

Ordered some bubble wrap and a postage box, for about £10 shipping to get it before 10 days was £20 so i paid £30 in total since i needed it within the week, this was on the 6th, on the 11th contacted support since it had not arrived but the tracking app was showing as "On the way" so I asked and they had not only not send the items yet, they were not in stack and they were planning on getting them in today. Again they didnt tell me it was out of stock, no notice that it would be late just put "its on the way" Actually gutted since i was counting on them now have to try find somewhere else to get a hold of the items, I wouldn't use this site unless you have no time constraints since they not only cant seem to keep to them but also don't keep you updated on if it will be late or even if the item you have bought is in stock or not.

Delivered 2 massive custom boxes for international shipping and they've been delivered today in great condition. (Took 13 days in total)

I really appreciate the prompt response and efficiency during the entire follow up process.

A week before I ordered from you guys, I requested a quote from another company which I also ordered some other boxes from, still hasn't delivered the boxes and given me a quote for the custom boxes (same size that I ordered from you guys) till this day..(It's been almost 3 weeks lmao)

Great branded packaging for my bottle lamps. Worked with me to get my logo to a printable format and delivered within stated timeframe. Hope to use them again.

£17.99 postage for £6 worth of labels? Not for me then.

Absolutely fabulous service, I’ve placed two orders with Postpack this week and they have rushed both through to help me. Alex’s response on the phone has been very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing cardboard and packaging materials . 10/10

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME:
Unfortunately this time PostPack have failed to deliver the promised service. Placed an order on the 29th July, with order acknowledgement sent immediately for delivery within 6-10 day service. Since No dispatch details provided within 5 days after order placed I contacted Postpak and was advised that the order should be delivered by 12th of August by this point 10 days would be exceeded as stated on order acknowledgment. Person in customer service advised that tracking will be provided via email etc. Nothing has been sent to me. After contacting sales today, empty promises that I will be contacted within the short time with an update, but nobody has contacted me and business is closed end of the day.
Requesting for refund.
I do not recommend using this company and spend time and money somewhere else where more professional service is provided.

Nick is particularly helpful and very quick to respond to queries. Very happy with the service we have received and will return.

Excellent product, and very helpful team, as this was a rush job.

I had little idea what I needed but Lewis at Postpack steered us through the whole process of Box dimensions, internal foam packaging and Printing our Brand details. Delivery was exceptional and the finished product (Brown Box 425mm x 270mm x 110mm) was fantastic. We were very lucky to find Postpack Ltd and will definitely use again.

Some Postpack IT system upgrades had managed to lose my account but Alex was vey helpful in setting up a new one and providing details of my past orders so that I could be sure I was ordering exactly the right items. Due to a very welcome surge of orders I had run out of one item just before the Easter weekend. On hearing this, Alex spoke with the production team who got my order made up before they finished for the weekend with delivery to me on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday. Excellent customer service - thank you.

Delighted with the adjustments made to a box we needed for sending out precious Lebanese EVOO - not just any old oil needing a box that was bespoke! Thankfully Nick and his team listened and understood our requests sending out samples so that we arrived at the right box. Highly recommend working with Post Pack.

Fantastic experience with an above and beyond customer service feel.
I placed an order for our business Thursday's Child Rental.
I realised I had uploaded the wrong artwork for the print and contacted them Nick Esam in sales quickly responded and made sure the boxes didn't go into print until we sorted the correct file. He then kept in touch and sent a proof prior to going into full manufacture even re-arranging delivery for us when we missed it!
We pride ourselves on great customer service and I can honestly say Nick especially provides the same.

The boxes arrived & we are really pleased with them and will be using post pack for all our future orders.
