I was shocked to see a £7.99 postage fee for a single small box, but what really sealed the deal was the £30 shipping charge for delivering to a UK Highlands and Islands address.

We intended to order 100 small boxes (70x70x22mm), but after seeing the extortionate delivery cost, we cancelled and took our business elsewhere. I fail to see how any business can justify such inflated shipping rates for UK customers.

If you’re in the Highlands, be prepared to pay absurd fees or shop elsewhere.

Nick was super efficient in catering to our needs and trying to source us best possible pricing being a newly launched business.

Great communication from start to finish, made us feel like a priority when fulfilling our order keeping us up to date of its where abouts and fulfilment times.

Will continue to keep in touch and use your services / products.

My delivery hadn't arrived on time and I couldn't wait an extra day. I dreaded having to make the call... To my complete surprise, the call was picked up within three rings and answered by a very pleasant and polite young man! He listened; no script involved; no interruptions to ask what my post code was, etc., he kept a smile in his voice, and assured me that I would receive my parcel later that day (which I did). He explained that the delay had been due to the (understandable) Christmas rush. Lewis also gave me an excellent tip on how to send my awkwardly shaped gift! Completely above and beyond...

Excellent company to work with. excellent customer service with no pushy sales, Very helpful value added suggestions for your purchases to get you exactly what you want. Nick Esam, has been a great help getting me last minute items very quickly without any fuss.

The 170 bespoke size and printed boxes we received looked great, were very sturdy and got delivered to us in aa couple of working days. Alex was very helpful and always available to answer any of my queries. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been using Postpack for boxes for my business for around three years. The boxes are excellent quality, customer service is brilliant and delivery is always as described. One thing I do struggle with tho is the website. If buying from this company you need to set yourself around an hour to actually find what you want, it’s a little messy and the curser keys for the sizes don’t really work, would love to see them fix this and give the website a much needed update.

I spoke to Lewis. He said I could buy one box not 10, recommended the size of the box, the no of layers of bubble wrap to use and the tape. Postpack delivered them all by courier. It was an exemplary service.

I had an issue with some bubble wrap that had been mostly popped before I recieved it. They replaced it with no question, even though I told them about the issue months after the order due to extreme workload.

I've been using them for years and don't have any complaints.

Items arrived on time and Alex was very helpful with a query I had.

Great product at a fair price. Very impressed with the quality and I feel completely confident shipping my products worldwide in these boxes. I will be using Postpack for all my box requirements moving forward

I urgently needed custom made boxes, and from the first contact I had with Postpack I was super impressed with their customer service standard! Incredible!
There was an issue with the delivery (not Postpack's fault, it was the courier company) and they kept chasing and keeping me updated throughout till it was successfully resolved!
So grateful to Postpack, and I would highly recommend it! Boxes were also of great quality and very competitive price!

I ordered 125 envelopes. I received one which was a bit damaged. I don't understand how you can invoice someone nearly £30 and don't find it strange to only send one envelope.
I raised the issue. They were very quick to reply and sort another delivery. They only sent 121 envelopes.
That was my first order with them. They managed to get the order wrong twice, which is very worrying.
Orders do not seem to be checked before being dispatched.

Quick and easy. Quality product.

Would really not recommend them at all. They did not post my package out till 4 days after ordering, and each day that I called I was told that it would be posted out that same day. Lied to, twice. Now, they say my order has been dispatched but I have not yet received an order dispatch confirmation email or notification from DPD.

WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND. NOT RELIABLE. AT ALL.

UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN LIED TO THREE TIMES BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK, CLAIMING THAT MY ORDER WAS DISPATCHED WHEN IT ACTUALLY WASNT. HONESTLY, THE WORST OF THE WORST. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WASTED MY ENTIRE WEEK WAITING FOR VOID FILL THAT NEVER ARRIVED.

I DONT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AT ALL, BECUASE AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, MY EXPERIENCE IS A RANDOM ONE AND I CANNOT SAY JUST HOW BAD THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR SERVICE IS.

They literally wasted a whole week of my time waiting around for an order that never arrived. They sent me lies and emails claiming it was going to be dispatched but they never actually dispatched anything.

These people are unreliable, inconsistent and I would not trust them with my money as far as I can throw them. I eventually requested a full refund and went elsewhere. I will never be purchasing here again nor would I ever recommend anyone does.


Purchase only if you are willing to be given the run around for days and days on end for the untimely shipping of your packages. Seriously.

Update: 26th of December, and I have still not received a refund for the failed order placed on the 5th of December. I'm now beginning to think the people in this business are a bunch of totally lying cowboys. I'll be contacting my bank if a refund is not processed for this incredibly failed order.

I ordered 10 boxes on Monday morning and paid extra for next day delivery. On Wednesday I contacted via online and spoke with Alex who was supposed to let me know where my parcel is, which never happened. I had to call back on Thursday and finally had my parcel delivered on Friday. Am I going to get a refund for my extra expensive postage. I think not.
