This was my first experience ordering from Posh. Once I entered my information I received a text with a code for 10% discount. The code did not work but I went ahead and placed my order. The next day I emailed asking for the 10% refund. They replied and honored the discount refund. To me this is a company that can be trusted. My experience was amazing!!

Posh Peanut has me hooked. It started when I bought loungewear for my daughter, who was expecting twins. Then I built a wardrobe for our boy/girl twins. The mix and match is easy, the prints are gorgeous, and the fabrics are truly scrumptious. Everything washes well and keeps its shape, so the longevity is real. Fast forward, we are prepping for our second set of twins (not the same daughter) and I am just as excited. They will be Posh Princesses!

Assisted and made my issue a priority, when delivery was not delivered. The pajamas are amazing, design and quality and I’m so glad I ordered them!

First time purchasing from Posh Peanut and I love it! super soft fabric and just as described items. Customer service is also great! Will be purchasing again in the future.

Their pj are super cute and soft. The costumer service omg 100/10! They responded so quick and helped solve a problem that wasnt their fault! Honestly the costumer service alone would let me buy from them forever

PJ's arrived with a broken zipper--customer service had a new one on it's way before even responding to my email requesting a replacement.

I love the quality of Posh Peanut bamboo and they always have such amazing collaborations! I have also had great experiences with the customer service team. They got back to me within minutes and were so helpful and professional.

We are very excited about receiving our Harry Potter pajamas for our family's Christmas PJs. I am grateful for the quick response from customer service. Needed to change an order size. They were very accommodating and helpful.

I got too excited and clicked order then realized I forgot an item. Because you cannot edit your order, I would have had to pay shipping again so I contacted the company via email and they were very responsive and allowed me to add an item and refund the shipping. Thank you!! While the shipping is only $6-8, I had already paid a lot for the items I wanted so any money I can save, I’m happy with

I place an order for three items.. one said final sale, but the other two didn't UNTIL I got a confirmation email showing my order and it showed all three of them were final sale. Even though two of them were regular price -20%.. so really no reason to be a final sale. One of the items I ordered they didn't send. They sent a totally different pajama... when I emailed them about this, they wrote back and said my order was correct. Also a onesie I ordered in the same size was like a whole size smaller. They asked for a picture which I sent but yet they did nothing about it. Even though I sent a picture of the item..
All their things are made in China.. and their customer service is terrible! There are a lot more websites with cute baby clothes that are much preferable to this!
And if you ever want to return something, you have to return them one by one so that they can take off $10 on each item! Seems to me they don't really care about their customers!

I entered the wrong email address during checkout. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved in 15 minutes.

I realized after I had pressed submit order- my delivery address was incorrect. I contacted their support- and immediately with no fuss they were able to change the address on their end. In the past- I have had horrible experiences here - so thank you so much! Really love working with you guys.
