Excellent service with a very reasonable price.

The driver was very communicative and very nice. He also took care wrapping our item (a drop leaf table) and securing it properly in his truck so it arrived undamaged. Still, he ended up only being able to do the pick-up on a day that I had not specified and I had to scramble to make sure the seller of the item was available for the hand-over. It was all a bit nerve-wracking, but worked out beautifully in the end.

Arrived early which was good and was able to book same day delivery from London to West Sussex.

We had a set of complicated and large eBay purchase pick ups. Porta were very accommodating and did everything they could to make it easy for us. Will be using again!

Very easy to set this up and even on flexi where our mattress could have been collected any day from Monday to Friday, they came on Monday and delivered the same day. Extremely helpful and professional and emails with photos attached at all stages. Would highly recommend.

Booked pick up and same day delivery
Courier cancelled but replacement was soon found so pick up on nominated day and time was fulfilled.
Collection was put back to next day and the refund for same day delivery was issued.
Courier estimated delivery for 1pm which then got put back to 4pm then 5.30
Delivery was eventually at 9pm
Porta themselves have not issued any compensation due to the issues nor have they issued any form of apology. There fore I will not be a returning customer.
There prices are competitive

Easy to arrange, pick up and delivery happened to schedule. Shah, our ‘moving partner’, was polite, friendly and always kept in touch about timings.

Good communication, polite and professional driver. Cost is a little high but what can you expect with fuel prices as they are. They did the job in the time frame, what more can you ask for?

Very poor communication about timing till the last minute. I had to chase multiple times to get a timeframe (on the same day of planned collection). They then arrived 40 min late. I received no updates until they were almost at the delivery point. The day after I got an email saying my item had been picked up. A bit of a joke.
