I had purchased items from Popularpremiums.com in the past as well as most recently. I find them to be quick in turnaround time--there is a time difference though. There have been times I needed support, such as when a Password no longer worked but they have always been responsive.

There was a lag time when their country went on lock-down due to COVID-19.

Keep in mind that they are not tech support.
I have made simple errors such as not logging out of a licensed account and then logging back in.

Don’t even bother with this service. Account kept getting locked. Blaming me for getting it locked. I didn’t even download a larger amount. In a 7 day period at most 10 files. Tells me i am the only account that does this. I will have to re purchase a subscription. I am sure if I had a rapidgator account and had issues they would fix my account not make a whole new username and password. Scammers do not purchase from these crooks.

Had seriously bad experience with this website and feels like a scam.
I bought a Filejoker 365 days through this website (re-seller) due to their cheaper pricing compared to the rest.
First, I already paid with the shown price and they didn't honor the premium account due to the fact their site is displaying an outdated price (older cheaper price), so what? I am a customer and paid with the shown price, it's their fault for not updating to the latest pricing, and this could be a case of scamming customer into buying their "so called" cheaper solution but it's not the case at all.
Second, did not deliver on time and worst customer support, waiting days upon days for them to reply through Skype and their customer support is not committed at all, and this possibly due to the fact they're trying to cheat customers and try to get away with it.
Third, not a true premium account. I bought a Filejoker 365 days, they only honor me with 270 days and saying that they'll give a premium account login as supposed 365 days (and not a single apology for that). And, to login and found I didn't receive the full premium account privilege, of which I believe it's an account they shared with some other customers (bad move dude, bad move!). I will probably report this to Filejoker support to ban this website for ever resell their service.

I have been with Rapidgator (RG) for nearly 5 years. In the first 4 years, RG was the best. I used a IDM download manager to list wanted files on queue to download. When I went home, files already downloaded. In the last year, in particular recent 8 months. RG is getting worse & worse. For 8 hours, with ONLY 2 files UNFINISHED!!!!!!. I found out that RG kept changing IP: eg. PR43.rapidgator.net to pr72… or pr60…. Every30-60 minutes. As a result, THAT IDM kept running such as file with 0 BYTE for hours & hours……..( It could not detect & stop the file, even I stick 10 times to reconnect, if failed) and THAT IDM locked the rest of files to download… I REPEATEDLY complained RG. RG sent my many “proma letters”, clamming firewalls, virus, my ISP…., even I wrote to RG I was well aware of these & already FIXED them… RG again asked me track its PR…. I did…..To cut a long story short, in recent months RG NOW gets THE WORST. I monitor & find that pr 12….pr 72 keep changing every 10-20 minutes & speed app. 200-400kb/s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. As a result, NONE files could RE-download to complete… Can you image that I pay for RG service was very PATIENT & TOLERABLE, yet I am mentally, timely & physically frustrated to stay in front of the computer, wasting my time & bandwidth for NOTHING …… I start using Nitrofare & have no choice to cancel RG, when my premium expired (unless RG could fix its service, but I am doubted …)
