service stopped working after 30 days...no response from customer support...went back to the bank card and asked to have charge reversed..almost immediately after getting my charge refunded service provider demanded they get repaid...rude, argumentative, hostile and incredibly annoying...claimed they fixed it but still did not work...threatened to sue me and would not provide information about their legal contact...this is one of the worst service providers I’ve dealt with...avoid them and tell your friends to do the same

They sell a shared account for full price, absolute scam, daily traffic allowance is always used before you hae chance. AVOID.

PopularPremiums doesn't sell legit activation codes for filehosting services, but shared (possibly stolen) login data (used E-Mail-Adress and password)... If you complain about the traffic used by others, they offer to send you more scammed login data from other accounts.

Avoid these scammers, I bought a 30 day filedot and they sent me a shared account that someone else was using so when I logged in it said I already downloaded my daily limit? I emailed them and got a reply wait 12 hours if doesn’t work they will send me a new one, absolutely disgusting crooks and scam artists, will be doing all I can to get this site shut down so they can’t scam anyone else in the future

Was a customer for 5+ years & had several issues with non-working accounts but they would fix in a timely manner. Had a paid account expire with time left & they have ignored my requests to fix or responded with questions not related to the account. Trusted for years but extremely disappointed with recent experience & will file complaint to hopefully get a refund.

Absolute terrible liars. My upstore account was being shared with someone else. I told them and they said well maybe just don't use all of the 20gb. I paid for it! Stay away from this scum. Just lies and other nonsense.

Was their customer the last two years. Often was left without service for days. Renewed for a whole year before my other deal ran out. They told me they will extend my new subscription by those 50 days - they did not honor the agreement. Blocked me on facebook and they don't answer the emails. Find a different deal.
