I wish I could give a zero star rating. No item delivered despite being told it was being sent weeks ago (a Christmas present for my 7yo who was very upset Christmas morning). Now no response to several emails. Received 50% refund despite no delivery of item. Waiting on the remaining 50% refund and some form of response/explanation. Absolute crooks. Will go to higher authorities if I don’t hear by the end of this week. What a disgraceful company. You don’t get to keep a cent or the product price OR shipping cost if you don’t send the item!!!

Edit: In response to the company… I didn’t cancel my order. I didn’t change my mind. I still want the item! Your company has refunded me 50% with zero explanation. So if you cannot fulfil the order either refund me the full 100% or send me the item!

So I left a review about 3 weeks ago about how I bought a product from poptoys.it and have still not receieved it nor do they answer my emails. The only place they answered, was on my bad review on this page, surprise surprise. I mentioned that if I do not get my product in the next few days, I will call my credit card company and cancel the transaction. I'm assuming that wouldn't be good for them. They answered and said that if I do not get my product with 2 months (which is absurd) they would refund me. Since they reply only on this page and not my emails, I would like to remind them that the 11th of this month (december) is going to be 2 months so if I dont get my product, I am going to cancel the transaction with my credit card company. Let's see what update I get from them now.

Well I ordered in November 18 they said it would be delivered on November 30 it’s December 5 I sent them a message still waiting to see what happens with my order why is delayed

Got my delivery all the way to Australia at a great price (cheaper than aud) and good time frame, especially getting close to Xmas.

Fast delivery and able to track easily. Package arrived with zero defects 100% satisfied

So the last week of October I ordered something for my daughter and it’s November 28th and still nothing. WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS WHO ARE COLLECTORS DO NOT USE POPTOYs as a source

Kept getting updated whenever item was departed and arrived which is helpful

Very good product. Was what I ordered. I needed assistance with combing 2 orders saving on shipping. They were wonderful. I was hesitant with reviews but, all was great. FYI pay the extra 6 dollars use UPS shipping. Its worth it. Or actually read you shipping info. A lot of complaints are due to people not going to post office to pick up shipped item because they were to cheap to pay for it to be delivered properly. Otherwise I have 2 classic Doom guys and my grandsons are happy.

Dreadful experience with PopToys.it.

Pre-ordered two items from them. Placed order in January, with items expected in June. Items were not delayed getting to stores in general, but for some reason PopToys had difficulty getting one of them.

Understandable, it happens. In October I contacted them and they confirmed they had one item in stock for me and were waiting on more stock of the other item. They offered to ship the in-stock item on it's own, at additional shipping cost.

I decided to leave it another month to see would the other item arrive (so i could have both before christmas). I contacted them in early november asking for an update and asking if they didn't anticipate stock of the 2nd item before christmas, could they ship out the item that theyy do have in stock, to me.

With no communication, today I get an email saying my entire order is cancelled.

So now I have to go and buy these two items at much higher prices elsewhere. I could have bought them at normal retail prices when they were readily available for sale everywhere, but said I'd wait for my PopToys pre-order. But now that they're harder to find, and poptoys have cancelled my order (despite having part of it in stock and offering to ship it to me), I'm gonna pay over the odds.

I'd never deal with this website again and would not recommend them.

EDIT: As I can't reply to the response by PopToys.it, the item i ordered that I was told is being held for me is marked as out of stock. I have emailed PopToys directly asking for it and have not yet had a reply.

I still want the other part of the order that I was told was being held for me. This is nonsense.

Really bad i still didn’t get my order after a whole month I am still waiting

I bought my item from this website and it was called pop toys Uk leading me to think the item/website was based in the UK but actually it’s not. I ordered my item and payed for EXPRESS delivery which said would be 5-7 days and 1 month later I STILL haven’t received my item. I’ve filled in an online form twice asking for an update and received no reply, absolutely shocking service. Delivery from China is quicker!!!!!
