I placed an order for an Otter + Pop phone case on 1 June, which was dispatched on 2 June. I live in the UK and as orders are dispatched from the Netherlands, I was aware I’d have to wait 5 to 7 working days for it to arrive. However, it is now 12 June and my order still hasn’t arrived or even been received by the courier (Hermes). I’ve sent a number of emails to Customer Services and whilst they respond quickly, they still haven’t confirmed where my order is. All I have been told is that the orders are shipped in bulk boxes and sometimes it can take longer for them to be scanned and sorted as it is all checked by customs. They have told me twice now they’ve requested an update (I presume from the courier, but have no idea) and I’m yet to hear from them. I now have to wait another 5 days before they will give me a refund. In the meantime, I’ve purchased a phone case from elsewhere. It would just be nice to know where my order is. Has it really been dispatched? Has it been lost by the courier? Hermes are notoriously bad and I have no idea why companies continue to use them! If PopSockets would just confirm what is actually going on, rather than holding on to my money and giving me no update whatsoever, I would be a lot happier. If I had confirmation that my order is actually on the way along with a delivery date, whilst I would be a bit annoyed about the delay, I certainly wouldn’t feel the need to leave a negative review here. I just feel other potential UK customers should know what they are like, as I definitely wouldn’t have placed my order with PopSockets if I’d looked at the reviews on Trustpilot beforehand.

Just want to leave an honest good review as I can see they have not had very good one's recently. One review said about licensing and their order being canceled; This only happens when you make a custom socket with your own photos and they must be yours and not anyone else's. If the photo is inappropriate or the staff think it's not your photo they will cancel it. There is a page that tells you more on this if you use your eyes to find it. I've had no issues with the quality, delivery or customer service. There may have been issues over bank holidays but don't business's have this issue occasionally?? I've been using Popsockets for all my phone upgrades over the years and all my cases, never have they come off or broke. You do have to be a bit careful with them (don't bash them about) but like the company says, they're only designed to go on a certain type of case (to do with the material of the case, I use mine on my Burga case, which is not a specific case recommended by Popsockets but a case I have tested it on and it's stuck to it very securely) so maybe the reviewers below were not aware of this before purchasing. I also use my Popsocket for navigation when it's sat in the PS car mount. Never has my phone fallen off or the Popsocket come unstuck even after going through potholes and that. It's just sad to see them have a bad rep on here when I think they're fab. IMO

Really disappointed by the poor quality of the product. The designs are cute, at least.
Even more disappointed by the price... and the fact that they don’t give refunds. Terrible company.

Great service! Bought it and got it in the mail within 3 days as promised! (I live in the Nerherlands). Very pleased! The product itself is also good!

Absolutely shocking experience.
Had an order cancelled due to what they say is a licence issue, maybe if you offered some licenced images their would be something worth choosing.
The bad part is I had to chase why my order hadn't arrived a month after ordering to wait another 10 days for a reply to be told the money would be back in my account in a couple of days.
A month later I'm still waiting for my money and the customer support won't answer any of my emails asking when will it be returned.

It's OK. The design is nice (a bee) and it's good to be able to choose the colour of the base and the background. However, now it won't let me angle it to 'prop up' my phone. It did for a while and has now stopped. This is one of the main features, so quite disappointed.

I have ordered before & had no problem’s but I have been trying all weekend to place an order & there is a problem with there UK website......I can’t get hold of anyone I have even messaged on Instagram but still waiting.......so frustrating

I used to love Popsockets and when I first started using them about 4-5 years ago on my phone I haven't been able to use a phone without one - unfortunately the quality of the newer popsockets aren't are sturdy as the old ones and I have had to get replacements for a few of my recent purchases (although Popsockets have always been very friendly and quick to help me out with replacements when I have needed one).

Where do I start?? This company is awful. When you write to complain they lie and say they’ve shipped your order but they not. I’ve complained a couple of times now and only when do complain i receive an update in my order status. I’d never buy from here again and I’ll be telling all my friends not to either!

Wanted to buy my first Poptop and Popbase from official UK website. Thought it was domestic shipping as it says so at the bottom of their website but turns out it's coming from Netherlands, which is only mentioned in their terms and conditions. A couple of days went by and I got an email with my tracking numbers, parcel didn't move for another couple of days and now says it's cancelled and GLS deleted information. Yet prior to cancelled parcel, they took the money out of my bank account. Popsocket website has no chat or phone number to reach customer support only a form and email option. Have sent them a message but frankly pissed off their own website tracking says shipped and money was taken yet shipping company clearly says cancelled.. no emails from popsocket about it.

Ordered a custom Popsocket, the order was showing in my account, then silence. Nothing. No confirmation emails, no updates on my order.

I contacted support and was told my payment hadn’t gone through because my bank had rejected it. Now, in this modern age of the year 2020, my bank notifies me if they have rejected a payment. Which they didn’t, because Popsocket hadn’t even attempted to take the money. The support conversation was also littered with winking and smile emojis, which honestly made it seem I was dealing with a 10 year old.

Frankly, I will not be attempting to order through this website again. The system is hideously flawed to the point that one of their FAQ articles are titled “Why haven’t you taken my money?” Then to have the follow up support conversation be less than useless was the icing on the cake.

Avoid at all costs.

Terrible communication. I ordered a pop socket and then received an email a day later to say 'Your order has been cancelled'. No reason why, no help option or what to do next. I own the rights to the image I uploaded, I designed it myself for my brand.

I had a good experience with this company and their customer service. Unfortunately UPS misplaced my package and their support were of no use whatsoever. When I explained the issue to popsockets via email, they were very understanding and took steps from their end to resolve the issue. I am extremely pleased with their response which was appropriate, courteous and prompt. For the record UPS is a garbage company and popsockets shouldn't be punished for the mishandling of their products by another party. 5 stars for popsockets 0 for UPS

Terrible experience with this company. My daughter designed a popsocket and al good. Got word that order was shipped...waited and waited until I contacted them. Told me that UPS LOST my order and that they would resend...waited and waited again ...contacted them again and they said they said they couldn't send it because of copyright issues and that I'd get a refund..it's now 4 months since I ordered this and I'm still waiting. What a joke...very disappointed with this site and would not recommend. 😡

I love popsockets, I've had three and they've all been amazing. As soon as you stick them to your phone they never ever come off so you don't have to worry about dropping your phone when you're using a popsocket. Also the designs are lovely and they don't wear off easy, the picture stays on a long time, also not too expensive.

Honestly I can’t fault the whole experience. My daughter wanted to design her own socket and after reading the reviews I decided to do a test order. I personally placed a order for the stitch socket and worried from the moment I did. The order was placed on a Saturday and it was shipped on the Monday fully traceable with the U.K. link also provided. I checked the link a couple of times and it was fully working.
I placed the order to receiving it in literally 4 days and 1 of those days was a weekend.
The item arrived in good condition and stuck to my phone well. I have even removed the head of the swappable socket with out any problems.
I would and will use them again.

*UPDATE*
So it turns out they canceled my order because the items were out of stock this whole time.

I know their website says they are experiencing longer shipping times due to the virus but the last time I was given an update was on the 29th and it was just an email with a chart saying when orders should be expected to go out. I tried contacting them just for an update but they haven’t gotten back to me. All I want to know is where my package is and if it’s even still going to ship.

Terrible experience with this company. They let you buy 2 popsockets and tell you that they're fully swappable. Yet there are now different types of bases so surely when you add these to your basket you should be made aware that the replacement head you've bought is or isnt compatible. Waste of money.

Initially I thought the experience was amazing. Delivery was quick and the products looked of very good quality. However, after two weeks they just stopped sticking to my phone. The glue did not hold at all. I tried to review this on their website and my review was never published, not to mention I received no answer from them when I complained about the issue and my only option now is to order another base for my pop-walet+.
Do not recommend, too overpriced for its service.
