Had a problem with a PopSocket that I purchased. It was dealt with immediately and a replacement sent promptly. Extremely efficient and dealt with in quick time. Love my purchase. Thank you support team.

They sent a wrong size case! I sent it back for refund and you have to cover your own costs and it cost me £7.70 to post back from UK!!! They refused the return for no reason whatsoever the package wasn’t even open! A complete rip off scam

I placed my order a week ago, and i received today my phone case. I love it. Worth the money much better than others. I recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can’t understand all the negative reviews! I have loads of different popsockets as I like to change regular, I have a big dent in my pinky finger from my large iPhone so the pop socket stops the phone digging in, I have MagSafe cases from here and wallet and a few MagSafe grips, some bought from online some from Amazon, they hold up well and really are a godsend for me and my little finger

Excellent product, as always, speedy delivery, no issues whatsoever

Ordered the Harry Potter with mag safe wallet. Sent the stick on one which is £10 cheaper. Tried to report on the webpage shocker the form fails to send. Had to dispute with my bank. Used before but won’t again. Terrible experience.

To be fair to them, Popsockets UK refunded me yesterday after making three failed attempts to send a custom made order to my home.

I’ve reordered with delivery to a business address in the hope that their shipping company (Evri) might actually get the products to me and Popsockets UK applied a discount retrospectively to my order by way of apology.

I think the product is likely to be good but the shipping company lets down Popsockets UK to the point of them being unable to fulfill orders

My suggestion would be to avoid - I’ve waited in for three whole days when their courier claimed to have three failed deliveries

On complaint, Popsockets UK offered me a 20% off code but if Popsockets UK can’t manage to deliver anywhere 20% off nothing is absolutely useless…….

Great product, especially not having to worry about dropping my phone. Such a variety of designs to choose from too.
I also have the car phone holder which is handy.

This company harrasses and tries to destroy any small company that sells phone grips. I make my own phone grips with my own unique designs that I create from stone and I sell them on Etsy. I do not use the word popsocket in my listing or any of the words Popsockets claims is their intellectual property. But they have reported my handmade items on 4 different occasions forcing Etsy to take them down or threaten legal action. There are posts all over Reddit, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram where people have had similar experiences. They are bullies that are trying to monopolize the phone holder market with their GREED.

Terrible product, didn't even last a day. So flimsy and poorly made for how much they charge. Terrible customer service and terrible company. Plus they copy smaller designers I.e on etsy

Good service from this company when experiencing problems using discount codes and getting information on stock availability.
Managed to get some great products that I use every day. Only drawback is that delivery takes time, but I’ve never had a problem with the quality. Will definitely use again.

I paid with iDeal and the payment failed, but money was taken out my bank. For an incredible THREE MONTHS of emails, they won't refund me or help me get it back from iDeal by telling me the name of their contracting party. They clearly just don't care since it doesn't affect them. No product and no money, and a lot of wasted time. Wish there was a way to report them!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The shipping company lost the delivery and somehow it's my fault. Their compensation was that they will send me a brand new product... Which is what I ordered in the first place. So it seems they considered sending me a used product instead as they had to so largely advertise they will send me a brand new product.

They are very typical company that doesn't care about customers and do not want to make up for their mistakes.

Do not buy from them.

Customer service sucks, they don’t reply. I was trying to get a refund for an expensive product that broke straight away.

I placed an order in the beginning of March. I got part of my order, but they didn't have all the items in stock. They said they would give me the money back for the items they were unable to deliver. They have still not refunded me the full amount. Do not trust and will never purchase anything from them again.

First the thing to go was exterior with the black flaking off to reveal whit plastic underneath. Then the cord broke forcing me to tie a (huge and unpractical) knot in it. Then the pop socket came off the back and I was unable to stretch it back on. Eventually (month 3) one of the attachments that hold the cord to the phone broke off. Not with the money at all. Can’t believe I fell for the hype

Ordered a "top + base". Received a top only.

Edit: they shipped me a new one after 1 hour of opening a ticket. Not that bad.

I returned product exactly as described on website to their international warehouse center at my expense. Was returned to sender with reason “wasn’t picked up”.
Now it’s also outside of time to dispute on credit card. Well played haha. Customer service is not responding.

The website glitch and don't save orders right! especially the custom made products.
Anyway after tons of attempts I managed to do the order and after the check out I found that the site didn't save any customizations! So I made a new order with only customized missing item and immediately contacted the customer support to swap it with the right ones.
I explained in super details what happened and what I expect.
I got an email that they will handle it by sending me what I don't want and they cancelled what I wanted!!!!!!
I again replied with details and asked the to recheck the email and it's very clear, they said they have to ask sales team and never heard back from them! such a horrible place to buy from.
It has been 11 days and I am writing this review. the name of the contact person is Nancy
