J'ai renvoyé depuis plus d'un mois ma commande d'un montant de 75€... j'ai relancé un grand nombre de fois par mail, sans retour depuis tout ce temps, c'est scandaleux!!

It’s only possible to return in 7 days & communicate in English.
It’s only possible to return in 7 days. I had a delay of receiving my dress 4 days. I send an e-mail i wanted to return the dress because it has a horrible fitting. (Left side is longer then the right side of the dress). You have e-mailed me twice for a review but don’t answer about the apporoval for return. And also communication (beside website) is in french. If you have customours other then la france, have your communication in English.

You have 14 days to return your product from the delivery date in accordance with the regulations; however we ask you to write an email 7 days from the delivery date to request a Return Number, it leaves the time to organize for sending etc ...
We do not understand your request for the translation of the website, basically it is in English but it is possible to translate it into French via a button at the bottom right.
Regarding the dress, we have no specific feedback on this dress, the style of the dress is a little loose it does not position itself perfectly on the body, it must be adapted according to your shapes and according to your body shape. It is a dress which moves especially at the top and the neckline.
Each item is checked by our factory, we assure you that there is no problem in the assembly of this model and on the pattern.
Regarding the reminders you have received, those are automatic via the Truspilot application, we did not want to bother you.

Les mesures sur le site ne sont pas celle du vêtement reçu il était très très grand, y compris la longueur des jambes il fallait reprendre la combinaison à 3 endroit différents pour qu’elle soit bien taillée.
J’ai envoyé un mail pour connaître les modalités de retour sans réponse. J’ai renvoyé le produit à mes frais j’attends le remboursement.

Concernant, la taille de la robe, malheureusement il est impossible de s'adapter à toute les silhouettes, il est preferable de faire des longueurs de jambe plus longue que plus courte car il est plus facile de se rendre chez un couturier que de rajouter de la matière. Tout depend aussi de votre morphologie : certains styles correspondent mieux à une morphologie qu'un autre. Absolutely love this dress
Absolutely love this dress. I ordered from the UK and arrived within the same week. Fantastic service and love what this label stands for. The quality of the dress is very high and I love the wrap design - very flattering and means it is adjustable too. I am 5ft3 and usually a British size 6-8. Ordered an XS and fits perfectly.
