It would have been five stars if the product shipped right away. It would be been nice if during the placing of the order I knew that it would be delayed. Instead of waiting a few days after. But ultimate it was a good experience the part was exactly what I expected and for a good price.

Pool tile
I ordered tile to replace broken ones on my pool. The order was delivered quickly, and all of the tile were in great condition and exactly as pictured. This was a lifesaver because I could not find tile to exactly match my pattern but these gave me an option that blended well with what we had.

Customer Service Exceeded My Expectation
Prior to executing my purchase, I had several questions regarding the correct in-ground pool heater to purchase based upon my failing existing heater, and Pool Supply Unlimited's customer service was prompt, concise and insightful with their information. Secondly, their pricing was exceedingly competitive and better than their competitors. Lastly, the delivery was prompt, track-able and our product(s) arrived intact.
I will definitely purchase my pool supplies and/or equipment from Pool Supply Unlimited in the future!

Spa heater came quickly to the rescue
The delivery of the spa heater took less time than we originally thought. So grateful for that! Headed into an opening weekend with the pool and no heater for the spa! Instead of disappointed guests, we ordered from PoolSupply Unlimited, and within days, we received the new heater, had it installed, and up and running for a full house of guests!!!!
