The item offered rush shipping line 3-4 days for an additional cost of over $100 which I paid and then was told the item wouldn’t ship for 7-10 days and would then be rushed, which wasn’t what I was led to believe when I paid the extra rush fee.. when I complained they only refunded a portion of the rush shipping fee and the person I spoke with was rude

We are very sorry the item had to be special ordered from the manufacturer and that this was not clearly communicated up front. We tried to let you know as soon as the order was placed, but we understand how disappointing that delay must have been.

The person helping me with my order was knowledgeable about products he suggested a replacement pump, a different brand than what i had been using and it fit perfectly and is working better than the original pentair pump and much less expensive.

The Glacier pool cooler had an extra pump inside the cooler that was not listed in the installation instructions.
We did not need to order the pump that we ordered from you because the second pump inside the cooler was large enough to move the water to the pool.
None of this was your fault except, you should know the product better to tell us not to order another pump.
