Reasonably priced and responsive supplier
I bought full pool management set (vsd pump, sc20 chlorination and cartridge filter) from pool set and have been pleasantly surprised with the equipment performance.
In addition to that. Whenever an issue has arised I've been able to contact the team for a solution.
Looking forward to continuing the relationship in the supply of testing and chemicals for my pool.

Order is easy
Order is easy. Dispatch time is prolonged. Received parts are as ordered.Delivery trough Aramex is significantly extended. This company has horrible reputation in Brisbane. My case is the same as many others complained. Upcoming delivery SMS is sent almost at the time for delivery.I was at home but no one rang the bell or knock on the door. The company prefer private customers to visit the office and collect their parcels.

Pool set actually have real people you can communicate with rather than a computer.
I my case the very friendly sales people answered all my questions and when the courier company had forgotten to deliver the parcel to me, and you could not speak with anyone at Aramex (courier company) all you could do was to try and communicate via a “chat box” but you could not get any meaningful response.
A quick call to pool set and explained my situation and frustration.
Pool St staff immediately made contact with the courier and the package was delivered the next day. Five star service by pool set compares with zero service from courier compay
