The spare parts are of poor quality
The spare parts are of poor quality. Recently received diaphragms lasted about 2 weeks each. Even though delivery time was ok, it was much longer than promised on the website.

Good value and does the job
Purchased spare parts for our pool robot which we purchased from Aldi. Happy with the job this robot does (more effective at picking up eucalypt leaves than the rolling-type robots we had previously) and has outlasted some. Pleased to find we could get affordable replacement valves from Pool Set i.e. an Australian-based supplier. (The original valve had worn out after ~1yr, but we live in an area with lots of tall eucalypts dropping large leaves, so our robots work hard!)

I have given 5 Stars simply because I can't give them 10 out of 10.
Dave and his Company have supplied me with heaters pool filters and accessories for my pool at not only a very competative price, but what sold me for this rating was the Excellent Customer Service and the backup and follow through.
I needed a new 28 inch sand filter and text Dave at 11.00am on a Thursday and he had it to me the next Friday at 12.00 from Sydney to Brisbane!!!
My techs advised me they buy local and couldn't get it to site that quick, so tot all the other Companies out there take a page from Dave's book and you will have some extremely happy customers...
I cannot recommend Dave and his Company enough.
Keep up the exceptional work and service... it is a credit to you!!
