What a great find, very helpful staff. I was kept up to date as the spa lid was on order from Canada. Even was offered a discount as the delivery was later than expected. The lid is great, fits well. Could not ask for more. Certainly would use them again, just a shame they are a fair distance or I woukd use them for everything.

Always first class prompt service from the A team, I wouldn’t use or recommend anyone else. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

John from the technical department dealt with my enquiry. He went well above and beyond in his quest to resolve my issue. He contacted the heat pump manufacturer to request information and secured an order for spares for me that the manufacturer did not previously provide. Pool and spa centre provide an excellent service.

Found what I needed @ pool and spa centre, Emma was super helpful & responsive, getting me all the information I needed to get it collected by a courier and shipped over to the Canaries.

What a Fantastic Company. The Pool and Spa company are. With great communication plenty of free information and good advice.
We ordered a part for our Swim Spa from the company we brought our pool from. NOT POOL AND SPA COMPANY. This was last June 2022. Which we are still waiting for. Now being March 2023. We feel this was very poor customer service being it was the company we brought our pool from. The company is still unsure when we will receive our part.
On contacting the Pool and Spa company the customer service was 100% exceptional. They ordered the part which was with us within the month. And at HALF THE PRICE.
How good is that for service. So a very big Thank You to John and the Team.
Will definitely be buying from them again.

We replaced the control gear and pump in our spa - without the help from Andy I don’t think we would have got it up and running again.
He advised and guided us to the best package that was suitable for our small hot tub.
Very helpful and patient as we kept asking loads of questions.

Rang last thing on a Friday and the amazing John Barnwell jumped on it - we needed an unusual fuse urgently and he sourced it, personally took it down to the post room, got on the 24 hour tracked post minutes before the last post went - TOP SERVICE

I recently purchased a new hot tub cover and chemicals. Emma could not have been more helpful in providing advice and guidance.
I have used this company several times since owning a hot tub and find them excellent to deal with.

The original tub supplier was unable to assist, as my tub was at least five years old and was keen to organise a service visit to "make something fit."
For him, it is not all about chasing a sale, he took time to listen and offered advice on a potential low cost repair scenario. In the end I opted to purchase a complete replacement pump. The damaged unit can be repaired and held as a spare.
I will use him for all future "obsolete" parts for my tub.
