Rate of exchange is lower than other company such as MoneyGram and it takes too long to for the recipient to receive the funds, even though there has been previous transaction that has been established and completed. The transaction is bank to bank which you would think is secure and should not take 5 or more days to process..

service is good but the payment plan sucks. sending money is easy but if you're late on payment, payment fee are freaking high. this thing is a trap or a scam. don't fall for it. just use different app or company. not this.

Something fishy going on in my Pomelo online or may be only that was leaked . It’s very questionable but I really spoke to thier Live customer in their 1-888 free number
A sudden shift of financial ways . They stopped the sending without giving any messages to informed you . I just sent money 2 days prior thr last one ug cost 2 days yo received my recipient. Not they want you to pay $1.99 but it’s questionable with minimum to send id $100 and they want you to pay only your debit card, which why you had to enter all your debit card, your secret code that it’s already in thier records. And no credits cards . But I am in doubt of insider hackers or customers insider hackers. The day I complaint they made a phone call to you. pomelo my apology if you are aware about this m. But I am in doubt of a fishy thinks happening a possible of leave my data from pomelo.

Pomelo
Pomelo, apparently, decided to, without notice, pause all credit card accounts while they upgrade our cards. This pause will be in effect for two months, or sometime in 2026. That's an unheard of business practice. I'm certain that I will find another company to do business with and never use Pomelo again, within a week.
