I’ve never written a negative review about any business EVER!!! Not only I couldn’t use my Pomelo card because of some future update, but I couldn’t even use the $500 that I added to the account to send. I was forced to use my debit card to send money. And on top of that today, I got an emailed account closure notice. I can’t even log in anymore!!! My account is closed!!!!!! I called and was on hold for 1+hour and still no one picked up, so I hung up the damn phone. Do I get my money back since y’all closed my account for absolutely no reason or did y'all just scam me out of $500??!!!!!! What kinda business practices are y'all running???! This is bull!!!!!

Rates are so low and customers service is lacking of need to do better and more training if possible
I have deleted my pomelo app and got tap tap instead

Pomelo had help me a lot… just requested for a bigger credit limit. It was very convenient

The system is still down what’s going on can’t send they said due to high volume but I don’t believe that anyone else having issues

It has been excellent in money transfers to the Philippines. I hope they expand their remittance services to the Philippines from other countries as well. I highly recommend Pomelo for a very reliable remittance service.

High exchange rate & fast transfer

I added a debit account and it is very slow. One of the transactions has not even went through yet. JERRY

I cannot use the card and lost my credit balance , also now have minimum transaction of 100$ , no advice as to when the new card will be sent out and no advice they just suddenly stopped the old card that my daughter was using in the philippines

I sent out the money to my family last 2 days ago and until now they cannot withdraw it yet but it got deducted from my account already. It’s says completed too on the update I received. Also, it’s taking you guys forever to send the new card which defits the purpose of me signing up with your service.

For whatever reason, I cannot use my credit card issued by this company.I also have a credit balance that I cannot seem to access.I am not happy!

The customer service name Ray has an attitude. He said he going to find out the status of my transfer and will call me back but it never happened and my transfer still has gone through yet.

It’s very helpful in a way that we can easily access their app and that we are allowed to borrow a certain amount in advance. In case of emergency, we can send money at once because of an allowed amount that can be borrowed.

Because I've always had very good luck with my money transfer international to the Philippines are always on point thank you very much!!!!

Rates and fees uncompetitive

Pomelo now charges fee to send money which is now the opposite of what they initially offered.

You stop my card BEFORE implementing the new card in 2026? That's bad business.

I am happy about the ease in our transaction. Money is deposited very quickly. Good job

I am no longer happy with all the changes made to pamelo. Before there was no minimum amount we can send . Now aside the very low exchange rates with a minimum amount of $100 using our debit account we have to pay $1.99 service fees. Very frustrating. Pamelo was only offers good services in the beginning. Not anymore. No longer interested in using Pamelo. All my family members and friends will stop using Pamelo.
