Let’s talk about the bad thing for a moment. Hmm, yes we know – dying’s not our favourite topic of conversation either. But sadly, death is a fact of life and comes to us all at some point. And the tragic reality is that it sometimes happens much sooner than expected. That’s why we launched Polly. Every 22 minutes a child in the UK loses a parent they depend on financially. If I could give 10 stars to Joseph…
If I could give 10 stars to Joseph Trupia I would. I’ve been avoiding calls from the company since I applied for a quotation for the insurance but they got me today and honestly it was the most swift process to getting me signed up. The prices are reasonable too as I’m a student I can’t complain at all Joseph explained everything in detail and answered all my questions we had a right laugh the whole time. My experience was amazing I wish more people could experience having him as their broker. Always remember to “lock in”

Excellent Standards in Customer Service and Knowledgable about the product
I submitted a quote request and received a call from Lewis Short who could not have been anymore helpful if he tried. He talked me through the various options available to me and secured me a quote at a low price which ensures that my family will be protected should anything happen to me. He spoke in extreme details and taught me a lot about the insurance I was taking out which gave me a lot of comfort. A really great customer service experience.

Had a lovely man by the name of James…
Had a lovely man by the name of James Green who helped me find the best policy that I needed. I felt uneasy on what people would say since I'm so young taking out life insurance and I wasn't sure on what I would get but I didn't feel any judgement and felt very comfortable talking with James who made everything clear.

After making a quick online application online wanting cover to protect my son’s future should anything happen to me, I was called promptly by a gentleman called Martin Gavin. He was lovely to talk too, humorous and no judgement.
Would 100% recommend Polly, good amount of cover at a low monthly rate, without hidden rises in the years to come.

Would avoid this business
After seeing an advert on Instagram, I filled out a form to receive a quote for life insurance. This was maybe three days ago - I have now received SIX calls all from different phone numbers, my phone has identified them all as spam calls (and none have left a voice message or responded to Google voice screening) which is leading me to believe that my contract information has been sold on to third party. I hardly ever receive or take calls from unknown numbers, and the fact that all these calls come after my inquiry with this business is not only a bad first impression but has lead me to leave this review.

Arranged life insurance with Jake Phillips who provided a great service. He was friendly, thorough, and made sure I understood that I could change my mind at any time. Policy was set up within 40 minutes. Can’t fault the service as yet.
