Your poll didn’t finish in the time given. When I asked customer service why the said b/c I had open -ended questions. They couldn’t even give me a reliable number of which answer were solid and still a bunch came back as indecipherable. Overal I was disappointed.

provides results very fast, and results are consistent. However ensure to enter the correct audience, the platform always selects the United States as default, which cost me one survey. Apart from that, great customer support, the agents answered all my questions and were awesome. I recommend!

Pros: The platform is so easy to use, your customer support is above and beyond, and I the results view makes it easy to look at data cuts in the tool. Additionally it seems that lately the data validation has gotten a lot better.

Cons: There's no way to enter a customized survey intro without using a description question which counts towards your overall cost, and the more surveys we've run the slower the responses come back, making it an unreliable tool for us to use with clients because we can't accurately predict response times.

My only suggestion, would be making it easier to move questions in survey around, with the links, remaining intact, or having undo function in case you didn’t like something, but then your previous answer is missing.

Amazing Platform if you need speedy research and accuracy. I have done many research report in a day which is truely amazing.

For a new business that doesn't already have a big list of customers/followers/subscribers to survey, Pollfish is AWESOME.

Not only can you survey people in your demographic. You can also ask "screening questions" to disqualify people who aren't in your psychographic, or aren't potential prospects for what you offer. And you can ask up to 15 questions at no extra cost.

My one complaint is that some of my surveys have "failed" because of a low incidence rate. This can happen when you have 2 or 3 screening questions.

The thing is, we pay an extra fee for each screening question. Since we are paying more, it seems to me that we are compensating Pollfish for that lower incidence rate.

When a survey fails, we remove one of the screening questions, making the revised survey cost less. But any difference we are owed back (because we paid more for more screening questions) stays in our account as a credit for the future. It is not issued as a refund.

Pollfish is my go-to tool to unlock and discover insights from different types of audiences really quickly. The ease with which the results are presented, their presence in countries where it's difficult to find information such as Central America and the Caribbean, has allowed me to understand consumers and successfully conduct concept tests.

I am a clinical researcher and use Pollfish frequently to get baseline data. I love Pollfish because the data return is fast, clean, and ready to use. Sometimes the data we want is not obtainable which means the survey "fails". This is where Pollfish customer service shines. They will immediately provide a credit, and can sometimes suggest ways to improve the survey as well. They respond to their emails promptly, even early/late on the day. I am a Pollfish fan!

Very fast, efficient, and user-friendly which I appreciated. Prices were pretty rational too. Only complaint is that I definitely had some responses from people/robots that were copy and pasting words from a book or something in the text boxes and randomly pressing stuff. I don't think that was the company though, the others were pretty genuine.

I used this platform for a niche market audience, I needed to be sure that only specific people would answer the survey.
The platform is very easy to use, it has flexibility and a lot of settings to create a solid survey.
The quality of responses is very good but you need to be careful on screening questions when searching for a niche audience.
I used double-check questions so that I could compare the results to audience facts already known and it was perfect.
The statistical significance and the support from the team at Pollfish is fantastic.
