I would like to thank the two polite and professional men who attended my property as first responders to inspect a leak in my bathroom. They were both very courteous, friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They installed a drying machine and kept me informed about what they were doing and what would happen next. Their professionalism and reassuring manner were greatly appreciated. Relatively smooth
The majority of the claims process was smooth and the online portal is easy to follow. However whenever I asked a question on the portal, it sometimes took several days before I received a reply.

The gentleman (Zachariah) who has been dealing with my case has been extremely helpful. He has gone above and beyond working to get a successful outcome for me. He has really listened to me and l feel he totally understands my predicament l am in. I thank him for all his help.l have an ongoing problem with my shower it has been out of action since.July. I have been writing on the portal since then. I made an official complaint at the beginning of August but apparently the lady from the complainant department who phoned me at that time-did not log the complaint therefore it took my daughter to cause a fuss to get things moving after 3 months. Once Zachariah from the complainants department rang he has managed to arrange an Airbnb for a month while my all the work needed gets done. Plus compensation.

I have used policy expert for many years, this is the first time i have made a claim in 2 decades. It was very easy even though i thought online claiming might be difficult. Apart from the long wait and atrocious music on phone calls everyone has put themselves out to make a horrifying accident as pleasant and easy as possible. We were impressed by the two young lady engineers dealing with the nitty gritty, and making the offer, but the customer service people were all charmingly helpful too. We are grateful.
