Excellent Service and great delivery
Excellent Service and great delivery. I placed an order for bunk brackets and after I submitted the order I realized I needed additional hardware. I called and they told me to place an order for the additional parts and they would flag it and incorporate with the first order avoiding additional shipping charges. Definitely will use this supplier again.

Poor customer service!
I tried to contact the seller and they wouldn't return my calls, never answered my call.... mistakenly double ordered.
Now I'm stuck with a double order, PayPal is partly to blame as well.
You'd like to think that people can at least return a message left!

We are not in any way related to Amazon. Using Amazon pay service doesn't give any right to buyers for free shipping. This is just like someone says I'm using PayPal. I'm entitled to free shipping. This is just a payment service like PayPal used for customer's convenience. This review is unfair and misleading, please consider this for a revision.
