Smartpost delivery sucks
It has been over a week since I ordered product and the Fedex Smartpost shipment has not arrived yet when your facility is only a 45 minute drive away. Competitors manage to get their shipments out the door and here much quicker.

Had fast shipping
Had fast shipping, but fedex is a joke, item arrived in Indianapolis and sat for day and half then it was shipped to champagne IL the had to be shipped back to Terre Haute IN. First notice I got from fedex it had a Saturday delivery then a Tuesday and finally ended up receiving on Wednesday

Solid, satisfactory purchase experience.
Had a very satisfying purchase experience. For item I needed Point Supplies offered at lowest price. FedEx shipping got order here sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Every aspect of ordering thru receipt of order done well, and enhanced by email updates on shipping and tracking.

No way to contact company
Order was not correct. Was missing an item. (I was not charged). There is no way to communicate with company. No phone number. No response from emails. If I place another order for the missing item I would pay another shipping charge.

The styles of the switches were the same. But.....the connecting pins were wider than the original pins .
