This is a great organization with a lot of resources for a project management professional. It has a lot of information, including training and various types of classes.

They cooperated well and it’s a great opportunity to get the certification completed without any issues.

Testing was organized, and clearly outlined so you know exactly what to expect. The test itself covered a wide range of topics that again apply to real world scenarios and the mindset needed to be an effective PM. Over it was a great experience.

PMI really worked with me through all of the hurdles that came between my finally passing the exam. Resources were mostly accessible throughout this long journey but I felt supported in moments where time and finances were scarce due to the complex, post- pandemic job market. That meant a lot to me.

The study hall was great for preparing for the test. I did it on a unusually high volume day. So there was a very long wait. I don't think it is normal or be encountered again any time soon, but the testing provider should probably put this down in the lessons learned for the future.

It wasn’t ideal to wait a little while over an hour in the queue before taking the exam but other than that the experience was smooth.

Getting the PMP is great for myself. Currently I am a military member, but has allowed me to expand my skills and create more effective teams. Overall, worth it.

I learned a lot from the PMP certification and am actively applying the methodologies to my everyday work. However, I believe the core content feels somewhat outdated given the rapid rise of new technologies and AI implementations, where so many new decision-making frameworks have emerged

The application process was fairly easy and scheduling a test was also easy. I had a slight hiccup with PearsonVue because I misunderstood what "starting the test" meant on the virtual proctored exam. I rescheduled and passed. I also appreciated the study hall.

I really love the ease of navigation and the overall design of the PMI website. I can always find what I am looking for and is completely polished, professional, and straightforward.

The staff is responsive and helpful. The organization is aware of how the times are changing and how we’re utilized in different arenas and as a result we’re better able to assess the situations that come before us.

The exam was extremely challenging, and the process for taking the exam was somewhat time-consuming for checking identity, etc. But it's definitely worth it

The exam itself is ok. But I don’t know what I did wrong. That’s ok too. However It took me forever to start the exam. I was in the waiting list for more than 100 minutes after signing in and was told I can’t use the bathroom until I finished the first part of the exam (60 minutes at least). I think there should be a system in place for the waiting room people to use the restroom

I had a great experience with PMI throughout my PMP certification journey. The study resources, exam process, and professional standards were well organized and helped me build practical project management knowledge. Earning my PMP was challenging but very rewarding. Earning my PMP® certification through PMI was one of the most rewarding milestones of my career. The certification process was rigorous and challenged me to think more strategically about project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and execution. The PMBOK® Guide and PMI resources provided a solid foundation that I can immediately apply to managing complex capital projects and facility operations. I highly recommend PMI to anyone looking to advance their project management knowledge and career.

I liked the fact that I could take the exam at home without the hassle of driving. The Proctor message pops up on the exam window blocking the continuity of the exam which is v.time sensitive..every minute counts!!! If that interface could be worked that would make it pleasant.

Study Hall learning content does not prepare the learner for the exam. The best help from Study Hall were the practice exams, yet those questions often confused me, as the right answers for Difficult and Expert questions seemed to contradict the PMI mindset. I was very dis-heartened going into the exam for these reasons. I always felt under-prepared. I failed my first exam, went back to study hard and really lock in the PMI mindset. Even during the exam (both attempts) I felt like there were a few questions that didn't cover anything I had studied. In fact, there were a few typos. Overall, I am overjoyed to have passed on my second attempt, but I had to utilize multiple third-party resources in order to get up to speed on what PMI might be testing me on. It would've been great if PMI Study Hall were the end-all, be-all in terms of knowledge, preparation, practice, and guidance. I've wanted this certification for so long and I'm glad I didn't give up on it. There are lots of learners out there that are and have experienced the same things I'm expressing here. Often times in the practice exams, and also in the actual exam there are questions that make you think you haven't really learned the material (when in actuality you have). There is a disconnect. This Certification means a lot to me, but it was the toughest to prepare for, and it was the toughest to overcome in terms of knowing which direction to go in when seeking why my answers were wrong. Study Hall practice exam questions give poor explanations for wrong answers. We really want to know why it was wrong, and we really want to succeed. Sometimes, it just felt like a guessing game. But I'm not bashing PMI. Please continue to help and push our craft! The learning community does need better resources to prepare us for the Gold Standard (PMP)! So happy I made it! I just want to help others get there as well. Thanks!

I appreciated pmi.org's clear requirements and structured process for obtaining the certification. My Pearson Online testing experience was dismal (I spent over 3 hours waiting for my proctor to start my test) but I don't blame pmi.org for that.

Had extended wait time during check-in. In my first attempt, online test was auto cancelled by the proctor without attempting to resolve the system issues.
