So easy to order and navigate around the website. We ordered a cute giraffe plushie and my two daughters loved how soft and cuddly it is. I will be buying again to stop them fighting over one! Quick delivery.
I ordered for my son's birthday and never received it... It has been 27 days since I placed the order for standard UK delivery - no response from customer service - I've reached out to them twice.

We’re genuinely sorry to read this. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when the order was meant to be a birthday present for your son.
We’ve recently taken over the business under new management, and unfortunately we inherited some serious issues with the previous customer service and order communication systems. We know that doesn’t make your experience any less disappointing, but we do want to be honest about what happened.
Since taking over, we’ve made a lot of changes. We’ve upgraded our communication systems, improved how orders are handled, and launched a completely new website. Most importantly, we’re making sure customers can actually reach us and get a proper response when they need help.
We know trust isn’t rebuilt by simply saying things are better. It has to be earned.
If you’re happy to give us your order number, we’d really like to look into this personally and see what we can do to put things right.

I ordered a large Penguin Plushie from these jokers on the 26th September and it still has not arrived. I tried their telephone number on the website and it’s out of service. Tried emailing them with no response. Tracking information is a joke as it still showing the package in China. Avoid this so called Company like the plague.

We’re sorry this has been your experience, and we can understand why you’ve described it this way. Waiting for an order with no clear updates, then finding that the phone number isn’t working and your emails haven’t been answered, is incredibly frustrating.
We’d also like to clear up one point. We are a UK-based company and are not based in China. Some orders can show international tracking information during fulfilment, but we appreciate that seeing a parcel sitting in China with little movement can be worrying, particularly when you haven’t been able to get hold of anyone.
We’re now under new management and have been making some big changes behind the scenes. Our communication systems have been upgraded, our website has been completely rebuilt, and we’re putting a much stronger focus on customer support and keeping people informed.
We can’t change the experience you’ve already had, but we would genuinely like to help with this order. If you send us your order number, we’ll take a look and see what’s happened with the delivery.
Ordered back in December 2nd 2024, waited months and sent over 10 emails to contact email address asking for confirmation of shipment and tried using their online message system. In all that time, I only received 1 response which said they lost my package and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement order. I sent a response but was ignored again and zero action taken.
Avoid at all costs, it's not worth the stress and it will happen to you too.

We’re genuinely sorry to read this. Waiting months for an order and having to send email after email just to get an answer is clearly not good enough, and we completely understand why you were left feeling ignored and frustrated.
It’s especially disappointing that you were eventually given the option of a refund or replacement, only for your follow-up to then go unanswered. That should never have happened.
The business is now under new management, and we’ve been working through a number of issues that were left behind, particularly around customer communication and outstanding orders. We’ve replaced the old communication systems, improved the way customer enquiries are handled and launched a completely new website.
We know that doesn’t undo what happened to you, and we’re not going to pretend that a new website fixes everything overnight. What matters to us now is making sure customers actually get the support and communication they should have received in the first place.
If you still have your order details, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this personally and see whether there is anything we can do to put things right.

This is a fake website, that uses a fake phone number and pretends to be in the UK. My itme arrived damaged and there was NO customer service and no way to get a replacement or any communication. I can only assume all their quoted customer feedback on the website is fake. They are awful - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
After ordering from this company and trying to track my parcel, I realised that although it is advertised as a UK company, it is actually Chinese. (Update 29/09/26) The item finally arrived but it was late and missed the date of our anniversary.
Paid for express 5 day delivery to ensure christmas delivery. Order arrived in new year many weeks overdue. Customer support is a scam a premium number that hangs up on you. Email to customer support are not responded to.
When the plushies did arrive they were badly packaged into a ball with lots of tape. The plushies are damaged with tears/holes.
Ordered a plushie on the 30th November, still hasn’t arrived. I’ve asked for a refund as it’s now too late for Christmas, no response. Absolute scam - DO NOT BUY from this website!!
