Original sink arrived with a crack through it and didn't notice until opened by the fitter. Got onto the store and a new sink was dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Excellent service.

First order I placed
First order I placed, to check if a product was something we already used but could source here as it was less than where were current order from, arrived the day after the next day cut off and it was an incorrect product to what I had ordered. I called the number on their site, at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Explained the error, over the phone, sent the images of what should have been ordered and what was sent, so the lady on the phone arranged to speak to the warehouse and get the correct items sent. Received them 3 working days later. After seeing it was the product we already order I placed an order on 13th July, with the message saying order within x hours to receive next day. It's now 15th July and my order status is on New still.

Good product, good price. A dimension was missing and I left a question but this was ignored. I waited for a few days then did a WhatsApp question and this was answered accurately within a few minutes and then I could order. Everything went well with order and delivery. Button on the email to leave a review was dead too. All in all, a few IT problems but very pleased with the product, price and delivery.

No problem with Plumbing superstore, but FedEx was a problem
No problem with Plumbing superstore, but if they continue to use FedEx in our area, I will not order from them. Huge waste of money due to items being delivered to the wrong address.
