Needed a leaking toilet fixed for my elderly neighbour. Got an appt v quickly compared to other firms I’d rung. Small miscommunication from them on the arrival time but that was soon resolved. Job was completed on the day & leak issue fully resolved. Bit of glue that was spilled to clean away on the flooring I’ve noticed but overall a good job.

Amazing service, excellent communication & friendly engineer. Cannot rate highly enough. A well deserved 5 stars.

Had a leak under our shower. Rang up plumbing doctors and they came round diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 4 hours of my initial call. Curtis was a nice lad and very helpful.

Had a Combi boiler installed today and couldn’t be happier with the job. The team did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They also completed a smaller job for me a few days ago with the same high standard of work. Everything was left tidy, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend!

Had a leak with the bath/shower wastepipe with water coming through the ceiling to the room below. My usual contractor was unavailable. So searched online and came across the Plumbing doctors.

They (Curtis) came within 24 hours and fixed my leak in just over an hour! Very reasonably priced, polite, neat and tidy. A Coventry based firm, started in 2012. The 5 star reviews on Trustpilot helped me to decide.

Good communications using mobile and text. Text to advise when plumber to arrive, and ability to track the van on it's way to you. All helps to reduce the uncertainty as to when your plumber will arrive.

I was quite impressed, I'd definitely use them again, and I'd certainly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the Heating and Plumbing Doctors. After diagnosing a fault with my boiler, they managed to replace it within just two days. The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

Great work from Curtis and Waseem to replace a radiator and service my boiler. Received a quote before the job so no surprises and very fairly priced. Excellent communication,with a text letting me know that they were on their way and what time they would arrive. Arrived first thing in the morning, got straight to work on a very difficult problem with blocked pipes hidden in walls and under floors. Had no expectation that anyone would be able to sort the problem on the day but Curtis had everything apart and put back together fully working by lunchtime. Very pleased as certain other big name companies did not even want to quote for the work. Plumbing doctors came out fully prepared and got everything sorted with very minimal cosmetic damage to the areas with buried pipes.
