Hi I ordered a solis hybrid inverter on eBay from them £699 it arrived on the day I ask for I found it badly damaged from being drop . The said it was down to delivery company . Ask for a replacement but no stock to replace it . Which I find odd as the company that owns this company supplies and fit lots solar . So how the could not get an other one shocks me . The offer me £200 off for the damage says it’s only cosmetic but it was more than that and the manufacturer warranty would be void which is 5 years and said it not worth more then £150 as parts so sent back for full refund which I received but when I put negative feedback on eBay the had it removed which is shocking that the can do that and only willing to have positive feedback making it just a joke . It’s my time wasted waiting for delivery and then sending it back then have to go somewhere else to buy one . And the think the doing good if the refund you but no that’s your rights to have that .

Clerical Error…
Unfortunately a reported clerical error somewhere in the system lead to a failure to deliver as planned and agreed. The consequences were that a plumber traveled 80 miles without being informed of the delay. Following investigations It would appear that a breakdown in communications at some point in the supply chain caused the delay. A process of compensation is currently being discussed with the client who has also been caused conciderable distress. Ends.

Incomplete order reported within hours of receipt of delivery. Have tried to get in touch with the company to get the rest of my order and have had no correspondence back. Impossible to get hold of. Terrible ethics and essentially have stolen from me as have taken my money and not provided me with the goods paid for. Avoid like the plague.

Beware placing an order with this company

AVOID AVOID if you need materials for a job
AVOID this company if you're a tradesman needing materials for a job; I placed an order for basic plumbing supplies (various 15mm copper endfeed fittings). The system let me order them but the following morning I had an email saying they had partially refunded my order. BUT they didn't detail what had been cancelled and the amount didn't tally with any one line so I have no idea what is coming. I emailed them to ask what what missing (there's no phone number so you can't ring) but they didn't even have the common courtesy to reply.
Rather than disappoint my customer I cancelled the whole order and got it from somewhere that actually has stock.
Bottom line, don't rely on this company for getting stuff and don't expect customer service - AVOID.
