If only I could rate 0 stars. I ordered a side table weeks ago, by some miracle it arrived really quickly but was the complete wrong product. I sent so many emails requesting an exchange / refund and telling them what happened, all with no response from the company at all. I reordered the product and it said it would be delivered by a certain date - the date came and went and still not a word from them or update on my order. I finally heard back from them and they said it would be dispatched the next day - still nothing... I then spoke to them again and they said it would be dispatched in a further 1-2 working days?? It has now been weeks, and I still don't have my delivery. Literally INSANE?! Appalling customer service.

This company is a "verified" seller on B&Q. Do not order from them. My item never arrived and the seller was completely unresponsive. Do not waste your time.

I ordered a product via the B&Q website over 11 days ago and was advised delivery would be between 3-5 days. Chased this up with B&Q who said the product had not even been shipped!! You cannot even contact this seller via the email mechanism they send you. Based on the other reviews about this company I would strongly advise NOT TO ORDER from this company!! I never would have, had this been clearly stated on B&Qs website. This company should not even be classed by B&Q as one of their verified sellers as they clearly have issues providing customers with their goods. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BEWARE OF THE B&Q WEBSITE WHICH HOSTS THEM AS A VERIFIED SELLER.

Ordered a stool via B&Q.
Took my money, stool never turned up and literally no contact from this company to explain where is was.
Why B&Q use them is beyond me.

Awful, didn’t get the 10% discount offered by subscribing to their emails. The lamp never arrived but they did refund me the full amount.

After reading the previous reviews I was very worried that my order wouldn’t arrive.

There was no communication, no confirmation emails, nothing to advise on delivery, and I did panic. However, after emailing them I had prompt responses and my items did arrive. The delivery was a few weeks instead of days, but it did finally arrive as advertised.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star!
Scammers !! Send wrong goods then tell me they will send me a replacement seems to me there is only one person that works at this no legit company! Stop fobbing me off all the time with your stupid emails you send me when it’s suits! Get my solar lamp sent today or I will be speaking to someone about your company!
Oh and no phone number to speak to anyone! Stay well away from this company!!!

Never received my order, nor any confirmation of order being received or dispatched. Had one response from them initially, I was advised order was being sent out, with tracking information which I never received. Have had to try to claim back my money, thankfully I chose to pay in installments and so the finance company are investigating, or I doubt I’d be receiving any refund at all

Absolute joke. I spent £215 on their website on the 19.03.26. No updates so chased them. Had an email from Evri advising my order was with them. Order arrived on the 30.03.26. It was just one item that was £16.99. Nothing else. Multiple emails and eventually got an email from supposed owner who was very disappointed this had happened. They offered two of the items i ordered to be sent out and a refund for the rest or a full refund. I have had nothing no reply to me asking for a full refund (minus the £16.99). But why were they only offereing two of the other items? does this mean that the other 6 items were never actually in stock. Why is there no number on their web site to call. All seems like a scam but i will not let it go.

Like all the previous reviews this company is a scam. I ordered via Debenhams which arrived promptly however the garden gnomes came smashed and not as pictured in the advert. I emailed them directly for a return and refund as stated to by Debenhams however never received a response. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved however I feel I’ll never get my money back for such poor quality products. Like others advised, AVOID them.

1 star as there is no 0 star. I purchased a clock from Great Gardens via Debenham, the clock was ordered on the 19/02/2026, the courier Evrir has had the clock since 05/03/2026. I have asked for a refund and refuse to accept delivery. Had I known Great Gardens a Debenham selling partner had a 4.2 trust pilot review rating I would have steered clear.

Absolute joke of a company! Ordered a clock through garden greatness, waited over two weeks to receive a message saying clock was damaged in transit! Got a refund after numerous emails! Then ordered the same clock through B&Q not knowing it was coming from Garden greatness, got tracking confirmation my order was on route then nothing! B&Q had to get my money back and take action! Stay away from this company! SCUMBAGS

Absolutely shocking company 3 weeks waiting for item that says 3-4 days delivery . Hardly ever answers emails and when they do they lie and say its been sent and will forward tracking that never appears. Please don't waste your money. I am trying to get refund through my bank now as they ignoring my emails

Avoid at all costs - total scam. Order has not arrived and emails ignored. No other way to contact. I’ve now had to report them to trading standards and my credit card for fraud

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two vases, had to chase after a couple of weeks of no delivery. I cancelled the order, received no response and then received one of the vases but the other was missing. Quality of the vase I did receive was poor; splash marks on it and a different colour from the image. AVOID!

No item recieved.. having trouble getting monay back..

Never received goods at the cost of £122.45 wall clock. Having to do all the chasing to recover my money back. Absolutely useless avoid like the plaque
