Binding contract ignored – very poor customer service
I placed an order on Pleasing.com which included an item listed at €0. The order was processed, confirmed, and even partially fulfilled — some items were delivered to me. However, the company later decided to remove items, claiming it was a pricing error.
Legally, once a contract has been concluded and partially performed, a company cannot simply decide which parts to honor and which to ignore. The item in question was still in stock, and the price on the website had already been adjusted afterwards. I specifically requested that the missing item be resent as agreed in the original contract — which the company had already accepted. Instead, my request was simply ignored.
This is not just a matter of poor customer service; it is a clear breach of contract. A company cannot “cherry pick” what to deliver once it has already agreed to and executed part of the order. Price error or not, once the contract stands and is acted upon, the goods must be delivered.
Even worse, all my follow-ups were ignored, and consumer protection inquiries in the US were also left unanswered. This way of handling customers is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
A company that refuses to honor valid contracts, even when the goods are in stock, and that ignores both customers and consumer protection authorities, cannot be seen as trustworthy. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience.

TAKES FOREVER + customer service troubles
Ordered on 19/09/24 and I’ve still received NOTHING, no update, no shipping confirmation, absolutely zilch. I contacted customer service multiple times to which they send the same generic email back. It’s beyond frustrating at this point. Almost $300 worth of stuff and they can’t even provide me a solution or on why it’s not been shipped. I’ve commented on their instagram, DM’d them, and contacted their support team but still no answers. Definitely do not order if you need it at a certain time, I originally ordered this for Christmas, then i thought well at least I’ll have it for my birthday… no. First and last time ordering from pleasing until they get the shipping sorted. It’s been years, based on these reviews, and they still do not have an efficient shipping system. I really love this company, as I love Harry, but something has got to be sorted. Their products are beautiful, if only we could actually obtain them…

Good customer service
I have had really great experience when reaching out to Pleasing customer service. The return policy can be deterring but I have reached out previously with a request for a size exchange and they’ve been so helpful. They even shipped my exchange to my Canadian address free or charge. They’ve always responded quickly and have done everything to help. Impressed with the responses I’ve received so far for my Pleasing purchases.

Worn and torn.
Well, just made a purchase for my daughter, what an absolute joke. Looked so badly worn and torn I couldnt believe the state of it. Just incredible Harry you are allowing these poor reviews to carry on. Someone get a grip and deal with this. It looks cheap, seriously overpriced.

Auf meine E-Mail an das Kundencenter erhielt ich keine Antwort. Über Instagram jedoch wurde mir innerhalb einer Stunde sehr nett geantwortet und das Paket direkt am nächsten Tag versendet. Ab da war der Versand sehr schnell. Kann also bei Problemen nur empfehlen, über Insta Nachrichten nachzuhaken. :)

Do not order from this website! I paid for two day shipping the tracking number they provided is not valid and they say to wait two weeks to wait for the order! Worst customer service no help whatsoever. Ordered sweaters for a trip paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve heard from anyone.

lost my packages 4 times, constant excuses and blaming me for the cause of this somehow, I spent almost $700 on the new fragrances and they told me there was issues with the package clearing customs AFTER i asked them, they would have never contacted me regarding the issue if I hadn't brought it up and it was weeks to get a response from their team

After 7 emails, no order, and no longer communicating with me I filed a BBB complaint. I hope all others in the same situation file complaints, dispute credit card charges, and let Harry Styles know that his business is not reputable.

J’ai passé commande pour un pull à 300€ en taille XL. C’était un cadeau de noël.
Je l’ai reçu en 4XL.
Quand je contacte le service client (uniquement par mail), j’ai une réponse au bout d’une semaine, après plusieurs relances, pour me dire de renvoyer le pull à mes frais. C’est vraiment lamentable.
C’est leur erreur et c’est moi qui doit payer les frais de port.
Au prix des produits on s’attend à un service client efficace. Même pas !

Ordered at the 4th of December for Christmas delivery. As per the website should not be an issue. Have not received any shipping notifications have contacted many times and they have said they would get back to me with no resolution $400 later worth of stuff and have not gotten it nor do they seem to have idea when I will. I am filing for refund through PayPal.

Unpleasing Pleasing
Ordered on 26/11, still not received. Numerous emails and messages promising it will be delivered, or its been mis routed and now saying its returned to sender and I can have a refund.
This is not good enough, it was for a Xmas present to match other items that we already have. They are now saying they will offer a replacement but the item is out of stock and to top it all I bought at sale price of 20% off which now I will not benefit from.
Customer service is terrible, can only contact by email or Facebook messenger , and over 24 hrs between each contact. So annoyed.
Pleasing has proved to be very Unpleasing for me.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, ordered a bundle, half of which was from a different bundle, I was sent a label for return but have now emailed three times to ask who pays postage for their mistake and to clarify that I only want them to send the correct nail varnish and key ring but no response- totally put me off ordering again despite ordering previously, so frustrating!
