I bought a playseat evolution model like 1 year ego. They send me a redbull edition which is I love this edition than I ordered, Im so thankful to them. The product doesn't have steering wheel angle for vertical angle, but still good.

I ordered a G29 brake pedal on Monday, selecting Thursday for delivery. They emailed me asking about my card's origin... WTF?! Then they delayed the delivery by two more days. The tracking information and all details are in a cave language, called Dutch, which is almost impossible to understand. Really bad service, guys!

This company has the best service ever! Lots of communication to sort out the ordering issues and everything arrived in PERFECT condition.

I tried another company and never again will I buy from anyone else. Playseat has me racing again. Thanks for everything!

Happy with products. But they advertise that they ship in 48hrs which they did not achieve in both orders I have made:
Order: 241168095 made Fri, Jan 10, 3:46 PM and shipped Wed, Jan 15, 11:49 AM (even with the weekend it is still almost three days)
Order: 251186698 made Mon, Mar 3, 10:18 AM and shipped today Mar 7, 2:31 PM

Extremely helpful and kind customer service team and an easy to use site. This company does it right.

amazing client service that was avaialble and competent

I had a generally positive experience with PlayseatStore. I received my Formula 1 Instinct edition and was impressed with the superb quality. Jeroen was particularly helpful, keeping me updated throughout the ordering process. Although there was a delay in delivery for another purchase, customer support was quick to resolve it. Communication was a little slow initially due to staffing, but once contacted, my issue was resolved satisfactorily. The overseas shipping process could be more streamlined, but overall, PlayseatStore offers excellent products and good customer service.

I received my Formula 1 Instinct edition today and the quality of the product is fantastic.
I would like to thank the people at Playseat very much for the treatment they received towards me and especially Jeroen who was always aware of the order and keeping me informed.

I had recently reviewed PlaySeat store unfavorably. I had issue with their online claims that they had a 24 hour chat and email service. I found that this is due to staffing issues. After a few days I received an email response to my issue to complete satisfaction. I’m giving 3 stars because they shouldn’t claim their rapid response times if they aren’t able to provide the service. I’m grateful they resolved my issue to my satisfaction.

I decided to buy the Playseat Sensation Pro. The price may put you off at first, but it's not only one of the most stable, it's one of the most visually appealing racing rigs you can buy.

Apart from a delay in the delivery of one package, I am completely satisfied.

I was surprised by the customer support from Playseat. Using the live chat it is very easy to get in touch with the customer support and Jeroen were able to solve the problem with the delay.
