I really didn’t want to have to leave a…

I really didn’t want to have to leave a negative review, but unfortunately I feel I have no choice at this point. I placed an order with Beam Card Shop on 23rd February 2026 (Order #12989), and as of 18th March 2026, I still have not received my cards.

I paid extra for shipping to England, and I am now £72 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. This purchase was meant to be a birthday gift for my husband, and because of this situation, I’m now unable to replace it in time.

Initially, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I was told that my order was “forgotten” and not scanned when it left, and that it is now being returned. In the meantime, I’ve repeatedly asked for updates or a solution, but nearly four weeks later there has been no resolution.

I want to make it very clear that I am desperate to receive the cards and do not want a refund at this stage, yet this is all I keep being offered. I simply want the order I paid for and for someone to take proper action to resolve this.

More recently, my emails have started to go unanswered, which is very concerning. I feel I have been more than patient, but I am now worried that I may have lost my money entirely.

This situation has left my family without an important birthday gift, which is especially difficult as we cannot afford to simply buy another one.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. This could and should have been resolved much sooner. Beam Card Shop really needs to do better.

Geen oplossing op missende pakketten

Voorheen aantal pakketten besteld via het platform ging goed maar nu ik twee pakketten mis bij m’n bestelling willen ze niks doen behalve een 5% kortingscode geven. Waar zijn m’n missende producten die ik heb besteld?

waardeloze shipping

De Boosterbox (Destined Rivals) €380 was compleet verwaarloosd verzonden. Dit had tot gevolg dat er meerdere scheuren en gaatjes in de seal zitten. Het retourneren zou mij dan ook nog €10 kosten. Ik vind dat je voor zo’n duur product minimaal keurig moet shippen en dat dit een basisvereiste is maar dat lijkt hier niet aan de orde.

Ik en vele anderen met mij ontvingen een Destined Rivals Booster Box met een grote scheur door de voorkant van de seal van de box. Zeker voor zo'n duur product verwacht ik betere kwaliteit
