Great customer service and the layout of the casino is very good

After already being verified and previously having withdrawn funds, they forced me to re-verify my account for a most recent withdrawal request. I’ve sent all documents in again, about 20 times. All proof that they require.
They continue to beat around the bush and refuse to pay me a few hundred dollars. I’ve never had any issues with any casino regarding verification purposes and I always send the same bank statements, driver’s license, etc.
It is disgusting, petty behaviour and I cannot emphasize enough to never play here.

The bonuses seems good but in terms of withdrawal( finance department) its very slow I used to be a customer, after several deposits I requested my first withdrawal, it was pending for a while but later on it got rejected for KYC.. you submit documents it takes a while… you request something it takes a while….. So after playing at this casino I had deposited over $1000 in this time the amount of wins is almost 0, havent had the chance to get anything worth withdrawing.
