1. Don't even bother with this food if you live in the northern half of Scotland or Northern Ireland. While it delivers to everyone else for free, it now charges me £17.80 delivery and so I had no choice but to cancel and i will be deleting my account. I started using platinum in 2021. The price they now ask (beginning of 2026) is more than double what it was in 2021. That's inflation of over 100%. Are they following the example of energy companies?

2. DIARRHOEA.
The food itself used to be good, very appealing to dogs, but what started to happen was that after a few months my dog developed diarrhoea and it took me and my vet a long while to realise that the food was the cause. We had eliminated everything else. So I switched to a different flavour which solved the problem. However the new flavour developed the same problem within a few months. Chronic diarrhoea. Hence my 1 star after 5 years of using Platinum. I've seen other 1* reviews about this diarrhoea issue. Well my dog lost 25% weight because even the vet doubted it was the food. It was. I phoned to speak to Platinum about this but they shrugged it off as something that just happens. The customer service has also plummeted in the last 18 months. Bye bye.

The cats love the biscuits. The service is prompt, I never have to wait more than 48 hours for a delivery.

First class service especially when my order was given to the wrong house they were more than happy to send me another order my dog loves the iberco pork vetactive I just hope he loves the normal pork one because I forgot to get the vetactive one for him

Parcel arrived exactly when it said it would (I live in a new build and some couriers just cannot find us evry time they are tasked 😉). Great packaging also, the Velcro style closing they have for the bags is genius! It keeps the food fresh and hasn’t managed to open itself (or when cats have tried).

Let’s talk about the food - my two neutered guys absolutely love the stuff. We have to ignore their please for more.

I have just recently started my two German shepherds , one is a 6
Month old puppy and 5 Ragdoll cats on the Platinum range. They’re all
Scoffing the food, they have meat dishes for their meals and I put handfuls of platinum also into their bowls . Usually my cats are very fussy but they’re passing by their old dry food to get to the bowl with the Platinum meat crisp chicken so

I orderd the free samples. My dog loved the chicken flavor. I would love to get this food, but we work 5 days a week so to get it deliverd to me isn't working for me. Hope you Will be abble to get it in stores someday. Alsow in the netherlands.

This is lovely dog food my dog can’t never wait till it’s dinner time clears his bowl every time been on this food since a puppy now nearly two and thriving

AMAZING dry dog food.
Our GS has never just eaten dry dog like it’s a treat, but she absolutely adores eating this high quality meaty meal.
She’s tried the lamb & chicken & loves them both. I look forward to her trying other products & flavours.
