Ease of use, we go camping so it's ideal.
Customer service is excellent , very helpful
Only compaint is : As my dog has hip dysplasia he must not be overweight and I cannot get him to stop gaining weight. He should have 94gms day, I am only giving him 70gms day and he is still putting on weight. Can anyone help me with this problem

Our dog who is normally a fussy eater really likes this new food! Unfortunately as it’s expensive we can only add it as a topper to his normal food

Fail to respond to queries related to bloated bags of beef dog food. Which could be harmfull to my dog.

My dog is such a fussy eater but she absolutely loves this food and will be ordering a lot more.

I have 3 ridiculously fussy cavapoos. We have tried soooo many options, spent sooo much money and nothing worked for all 3. It was like having children all over again, cooking different meals. Last chance rocketo. I ordered the turkey. Lots of sniffing around the package, Morris ate it “hooray” the girls not so much. They like raw, but i felt it wasn’t complete, so the next day i added a small amount of rocketo. To begin with it was left to the end and pushed around, then - gone. My aim now will be to reduce raw and increase rocketo. I obtained a bag of beef a week later and every single one of them ate it, alone! Thank you for giving us our life back!

If I could give 10 stars I would.
For YEARS we have searched for a quality dog food that doesn’t upset our 3 affie dogs tummies. 2 of them are super sensitive and we have tried every type of food out there including raw, air dried, kibble, fresh, you name it we’ve tried it.
Since discovering Rocketo we have seen improvements all round in their digestion and overall health.
Granted the food is not the cheapest but the quality is FAR superior and our boys absolutely love it.
In addition to the food quality, the customer service is absolutely fantastic. They helped us safely transition over from the previous food and we had a slight issue with a recent order which was resolved immediately with a refund and replacement.
This a company who genuinely cares about its four and two legged customers!

Service very good and arrived very quickly. My dog is eating much better just by adding a handful of this at meal times.

So glad I found this, Bella is obsessed! She's quite stuck in her ways, so adding more nutritious food to her diet has always been a challenge. But she scoffs every crumb of Rocketo! Success.
A bit pricey for me as a full meal, so I've been using it as a topper and she's loving it.

I've been trying for years to get my pug to lose weight. He was lazy and lost his puppy self so quickly, but after starting him on Rocketo, over a year ago, I noticed a huge difference. In the first month he lost 1kg, he was more energetic on walks and more playful around the house, it was like he got his puppy self back. When we introduced our second dog, a Dachshund, it was a no-brainer that he would be on Rocketo to. It is the most amazing food; my Dachsy loves it, and we even use it for training on walks (he just can't say no).

Unfortunately my dog wouldn't eat this however I tried to feed it to her which is a shame as I wanted to use it.

My 10 year old Cockapoo has always been a good eater until being diagnosed with Liver Disease. We tried everything to get her to eat but she basically refused most things.
I saw the advert for Rocketo and despite the price decided to give it a try. It has been a revelation! She absolutely loves it and we are very happy to see her eating again.
I will be ordering another bag very soon.

Good quality food and quick delivery

My picky princess has turned her nose up at every dog food I’ve offered to her since I weaned her off the poor quality kibble she was on when I got her at 9 weeks. Two years later and after spending a fortune on about 15 different brands of dog food I saw Rocketo on FB. It rated highly on All About Dog Food website so I gave it a punt! She loves it & scoffs the lot. I highly recommend it.

The food seems good
There’s only one problem that is not a major thing. It’s just it took a while to arrive after order
But she had eaten abit of it so I’m hoping she will continue with eating it, thank you

I have two Pomeranian 5 year old. Dog one has a mass in his lung and only one lung that works, I have to give him soft food but not increase his weight, I am able to soften the rocketo to meet his needs. As they share each others bowl I mix it with the whole pieces, the poorly one eats his then moves to her bowl. The fur one eats the chunks then moves on to the poorly one’s bowl. They both eat it. Having always been fussy this suits their needs
