Trustworthy business.
My previous review was poor but since then the plastics center has gone over and above to make things right. This is very good customer service and a trustworthy business. I would purchase again.

Could have been perfect...but
Dispatch and delivery was seamless, packaging was spot on.
However,
I wasn't able to get an invoice from their website for some reason, so I emailed them to get the invoice, to which there was no response. I personally won't be using them again as this has left me personally out of pocket, as without that invoice I can't claim my money back from my company.

We’ve tried calling a few times to help resolve this but haven’t been able to reach you. We’ve also checked several times for an email from you requesting the invoice, but unfortunately we haven’t been able to locate one. The invoice has now been sent to the email address provided when the order was placed, in case a previous message was misspelled or sent to a different address.

I searched almost everywhere to get a replacement 19" round steel inspection cover.
Your plastic cover was perfect, will fit when the weather improves, there are 2 more that will also need replacing .
