10/10. Bought 2wks worth of dinners for myself whilst my partner was working away - for context I am pregnant in the 3rd trimester with twins & wanted healthy, nutritious dinners after work without the hassle of cooking! Still working through the meals, but so far I have loved every single meal. Love that they are all packed with nutrients, protein and fibre without fillers and preservatives, but are bloody delicious! I'm tempted to renew my subscription for lunches when I am post partum. Definitely recommend xx

Do not use this company!

I have only had 5 boxes sent to me from Planty UK and 3 of them have been completely wrong. The 2 that were correct were great.

But on the other occasions I was sent replacement dishes of food I would never eat, each one tasted awful.

Each time it happened customer service were absolutely awful. Would not take responsibility and gaslit me before eventually accepting it was their error. Then they repeated the mistake again, and now a third time. Again no refund, no apologies. I am having to go through the credit card company to reclaim my lost money.

The only resolution they offered was to send me a banoffe pie and it was utterly disgusting I spat it out.

Love the meals so far! It's really simplified our routine, which is so helpful when we both work and have a baby to look after. The meals are really tasty but quite pricey. We're not sure whether we will continue once the promotion has run out as it's not really affordable.

I had the new breakfast scramble, mushrooms, spinach/kale for breakfast and it was amazing. The tofu scramble was incredible… please can you make it by the bucket loads so we can buy it on its own. I’d have it on toast, in sarnies, jacket potatoes etc. Looking forward to the rest of my meals. Thank you Planty.

I had a few issues at the beginning, but Scarlett was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to resolve everything for me. She followed up personally, kept in touch and genuinely took the time to ensure that I ultimately had a positive experience.

Having been vegan for 14 years, I know how difficult it can be to find a genuinely good variety of convenient food. Supermarket options can often feel limited to the same standard falafel or bean burger, so discovering Planty has been a really welcome change. There are so many different varieties of meals, breakfasts and desserts, and what I have tried so far has been really lovely.

I also come from a creative background, so I particularly love the creativity behind the brand—the artwork, packaging and presentation make the whole experience feel thoughtful, distinctive and enjoyable.

I have an extremely busy job and very little time to cook, so Planty is a genuinely useful and convenient solution for me.

Customer service is the number-one factor in determining whether I continue using a company, and Scarlett’s care, persistence and willingness to put things right completely turned my experience around. Once I have worked my way through all the meals I currently have, I will definitely continue ordering. Thank you again, Scarlett!

Restaurant quality? Much better than that. Imaginative, visually appealing, generous meals that provide good nutrition without additives. I've been vegan for over sixty-five years and I've never eaten so well. With helpful filters, selecting for the box is easy and fun, and the packs arrive in perfect condition. Excellent service.

Not keen on the food. For me, it tastes bland.

I have tried many different pre-prepared meals and meal kits and have come back to Planty. The amount of choice is huge (I've actually had to set up a spreadsheet to remind myself what I have and haven't ordered) and they are delicious and actually filling.
Most other brands I tried either didn't taste good, didn't fill me up or kept messing up my order (or all three!) and I honestly haven't had any problems with Planty. It has freed up so much of my time and stress and I'm eating so much healthier because of it too- it's a win win!

Delicious meals! We've eaten 16 now (between two of us) and none of them has been less than super tasty. Generous portions too, how can anyone say they're tiny astounds me. Knowing they are nutritious is a bonus. Granted they're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We're not veggies but we enjoy these fantastic meals twice a week and will continue to.

I was looking for a plant based meal delivery service that matched to my values and taste after a Google search I came across Planty, super transparent prices, subscription, discounts and fantastic menu choices across the entire day.

User friendly ordering, great images, helpful FAQ & informative IG.

Subscription set up, food ready prepped, simply warm up, or add juice ingredients to a blender.

Very, very happy with Planty, super nutritional, good quality, tasty, interesting meals covering protein, 5 a day and fibre.

Im a Vegetarian with an historic poor relationship with food, getting fibre and proper veggies in, so finding Planty was ideal.

Macros can’t be competed with by anyone else I’m terms of protein and fibre and they even avoid plastic where possible.

The intro 40% offer is there to get everyone buying, fair enough. 20% over the next 3 orders is affordable, but ultimately, everything comes down to cost. I’d like to continue, but will have to either stop, or just use these half the week as when you do the numbers it’s sickening.

I may order with the 10/15% that are sent down now and again but at full price, most normal people are priced out unfortunately.

Scarlett in customer service was simply exceptional and went the extra mile to resolve a query I had - incredible service, tasty and convenient meals, and overall a 5* experience. Thank you Scarlett!

Absolutely loved our meals! The first shipment was delayed due to courier issues and Planty were so amazing and had the replacement shipped the same day to arrive the next. Looking forward to our next box! Massive range of choice.

Definitely the best vegan subscription box available. The variety is incredible and I haven’t been disappointed by any of the meals that I’ve tried so far. I’ll continue to be a subscriber as it’s such good value for money.

I have tried many frozen meal companies, but i have never enjoyed any of them half as much as I enjoy Planty meals.

Anyone who has tried the rest, I encourage you to try the best.

Was sceptical since I previously had fresh meals delivered but gave them a go due to the introductory discount and my usual company stopped producing. I’m so glad I did, really tasty filling meals with lots of protein and easy to cook. Very impressed and will continue to order 👌🏻 good allergen information too.

Honestly brilliant. Almost all of the meals i've tried have been delicious - and all are nutritious

I Honestly love these meal and was looking for really good Microwave vegan meals.... tryed some cook ones and they were crap like normal ready meals. But the planty ones I love so much - love the chilli, beetroot stew, Udon Noodles, Currys, the list goes on. Really happy to have them
