PlantScraper Anmeldelser

Delivery was pretty slow
And they’re really pricey
But the products work as intended
Our plant is growing and thriving now
But I’m not sure about repurchasing when needed to upgrade to a bigger pot as it is really crazy expensive
I don’t think it’s worth paying that much at the moment

I really like products from these guys and how they treat customers. There was an issue with one of the pots I ordered and Monika kindly offered me multiple ways of resolving the case, so I can pick the preferable one. In the end I got a new pot without any hassle. I can definitely recommend them

Arrivato tutto ben imballato e nei tempi stabiliti

Me encanta todo lo que compro!!! 💚

Alles gepasst, schneller Lieferung

I love their products and it is a little expensive but you have useful free gifts so. I’ll recommend and I’ll buy again. Great quality.

Frais de ports élevés, dommage... Sinon produits parfaits.

large choix, expédition rapide et conforme, produits de qualité je recommande à mon entourage et je passerai à nouveau commande

I ordered the beautiful sealed Aroid [Self-Watering System] flower pot covers for the second time. Unfortunately, they are leaking. One cover from the previous order was sent to me without any problems - thank you, but in the next order 7 more are leaking. These 3D prints are not cheap. The description says they are intended for hydroponics, so they are intended for use with water. I don't have the courage to order another one, although I intended to. Big disappointment :-(

UPDATE:
I would like to update my review because the company handled my complaint exceptionally well.

Martí, the owner, contacted me personally, apologized, and immediately sent replacement pot covers free of charge, together with two extra pot covers as a kind gesture.

I have now tested all the replacement pot covers for several days, and I am happy to confirm that none of them leak. The issue has been completely resolved.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service, professional communication, and the company's willingness to stand behind its products. Thank you for making things right.

Top Verpackung und Top Bestellung und Top Qualität.
Ich hole mir die SB Töpfe nurnoch hier. Preis ist im Bundle auch super gut.
Kann ich jeden nur empfehlen.

Excellent products, with ingeniosity.

Client service is super nice.

Seamless Transaktion and shipment

Super qualité de produit ! Que ce soit les substrats, les étagères pour ma Milsbo, je suis ravie !

Fast shipping, good products

The website is very easy to navigate and everything arrived well packaged and quick and the pots and trellises are very good quality and sturdy :) would definitely recommend

Pots design are the best solution for plant-lovers. The substrate is top quality, previously I had all ingredients separately and mixed them together by myself and now I buy theirs and have all in one. Also contact them by email and answer was fast.

A very excellent service 👏
I had a problem with my second order and Marti was super helpful.
My first order was delivered with DLS. For me they are not a good delivery service. The second order was with BPost and my delivery was on time.
The products are excellent. My plants and I are very happy.

Probably my favorite plant supply seller!
I have ordered multiple times from PlantScraper and they NEVER disappoint. All their products are truly great (and really hard to find anywhere else at least when you come from France like me) and their aroid mix is a must have!
An issue with your order? No big deal, their costumer service is professional, reactive, and extremely nice to communicate with!
