I’ve ordered the moss poles with matching substrate three or four times now, and I won’t be buying anywhere else. Fast delivery, high quality, super easy to assemble, and my Monsteras love them!

Third order and Notbehelfe last one

I ordered a few products on the website.
The client service contacted me to inform me that an item was missing and we'll be sent separately later once back in stock. I received the first batch very fast, and was sent the missing item a few weeks later with a little bonus for the wait. I really appreciate the gesture and the communication.
The products correspond to what I was hoping in terms of quality. I recommend this website whitout a doubt.

Outstanding customer service!

I've placed several orders with them, and every experience has been excellent. The products are always high quality and carefully packaged. When one item unfortunately arrived damaged during shipping, their response was incredibly fast and professional. They immediately offered several fair solutions, making the whole situation quick and stress-free.

It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Their communication is excellent, they're always friendly and responsive, and they go above and beyond to make things right.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality plant supplies and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely keep ordering from them. Thank you for such a great experience!

Un léger problème sur mes articles, j'ai fait un petit mail au SAV, celui-ci a été incroyable, solution, immédiatement trouvée avec plusieurs solutions proposer. Vraiment top, tous les articles commandés sont top, je recommande.
