Overall GOOD
DHL said they attempted delivery but when I called they confirmed they actually didn't have time that day. PLAMXS was good but my experience with DHL isn't the best. The bag was beautiful but there was a lot more rubbing and scratches than seen in the photo

Hello!
Thank you for sharing your feedback - we truly appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to improve.
We are delighted to hear that you found the bag beautiful, but we are sorry that your experience with DHL and the item's condition did not fully meet your expectations.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delivery service, but unfortunately not everything depends on us. The delivery process is ultimately in DHL’s hands, but we will certainly reach out to them regarding your case to help prevent similar situations in the future (for locations like the United States). We understand how frustrating delays can be. :)
Regarding the condition of the bag, we take great care to provide accurate photos and descriptions, so we are truly sorry if the wear was more noticeable in person. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we would love to make things right.
Please feel free to reach out, and we would be happy to discuss a solution that works best for you.
Best regards,
The Plamexs Team

Very reliable company, smooth return process :)
Ordered a Chanel bag from their website, shipping was super fast via DHL Express (received in less than 2 days). The bag came beautifully with condition exactly as described. However, I was not so keen on the patent leather (just didn’t love it, not that it’s defective or anything) so I decided to return. Return process was super smooth, refund payment was fast, thanks to great customer service (praise to Lea from CS). Hopefully I’ll soon find something else I love from their website because I trust this shop and have enjoyed the whole shopping experience :)
