Hello!
Dear Martine,
We are genuinely pleased to know that you are satisfied with your purchase, that the item met your expectations, and that the delivery was prompt. Your experience is very important to us! :)
Regarding certificates - we sincerely appreciate your recommendation. Our position on this matter is guided by principle: only the brand itself has the official authority to issue documentation confirming authenticity. The market currently includes many unofficial third-party certificates, which can easily create confusion.
For this reason, we rely on our expertise, experience, and the verifiable characteristics of each brand rather than external documents that do not carry official or legal standing.
Thank you once again for your trust and wonderful review - you are always most welcome, and we remain at your disposal whenever you may need us.
Warm regards,
The Plamexs Team
