Dear Inger,
We are sorry to hear that the bag did not meet your expectations.
As you can see from the listing, all elements of the bag were shown in detail and described as accurately as possible.
However, there is always a possibility that an item simply may not match someone’s personal expectations or style once they see it in person, and we completely understand that.
Our team has also been in contact with you and responded to your email as quickly as possible in order to assist you.
We sincerely hope that everything is now resolved and that the situation is in order.
Please know that we remain at your disposal for anything you may need. Anytime.
