We're a small family sweet shop based online. We offer nationwide postage and click & collect in Hemel Hempstead. Superb quality and customer service
I made a purchase via Groupon and I made a mistake and ended up paying full price instead of just P&P, the lady I spoke to on phone I said don't worry we'll refund that and she also said that she would bring my purchase to my door as she was driving past and I personally received my purchase of sweets the next day.
The quality of the sweets were top notch.
I would highly recommend and the mixture of sweets you get from this company

We apologise that you haven't received your parcel yet. We despatched it within 24 hours of your order however the recent Royal Mail strikes have impacted our delivery timelines.
We tried to contact you now using the phone number on your order but there was no answer.
We have checked the tracking on your parcel and this shows Royal Mail tried to deliver yesterday but they got no answer. Royal Mail still have your parcel and the tracking shows it is possible to pick a new day for them to deliver or you can collect from your local post office or delivery office.
Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
