Wow. SWIM placed an order a few days ago and its just turned up, they couldn't be happier with the products ordered.

It was Insanely well packaged and smell proof, super discreet looking too.

SWIM is a medical patient after using recreationally for years, the amount of pressure and anxiety you guys have taken off of them is insane, they now know they can get quality meds straight to the door at a fair price stress free if they begin to run out of their prescription flower towards the end of the month.

Latest I bought was seedy, messaged them and didn’t even get a response. Top dollar for seedy weed! Shame as they have been good up until now. You never know how a business is until there is cause to complain.
Edit 25/03 They have since replied and offered a refund for the affected batch.

I used these alot of time's in the past and had a generally good experience, tried them again lately and unfortunately seems like the quality of product has gone down hill zero terps, over dried bud also seems old tbh... I ordered a couple bits and both very poor, so sent them a message and tbf to them they give me a £50 coupon still only half the amount I spent but anyway, I asked them personally what the best strain they had was and they recommended the white runtz and same again, terrible quality so won't be using them again it's a shame because there customer service is good hence the 2 stars.....

It is not an overstatement to say that this phenomenonal group of people have saved my life. I truly am living the life I have always wanted thanks to this service helping me manage my conditions and providing access to much needed products.

I have been a customer ever since the start. I ordered a vape recently which worked only until it needed to be charged. I tried 3 different cables & it still would not charge. I took video & sent it to the Support Team. They were very understanding & issued me a £75 coupon. As you can appreciate, it’s quite worrying when you spend £80 on a vape & then it stops working, especially when there is still loads of liquid left inside the chamber. I am so grateful to the Support Team, thank you so much 🙏🏻🤍

Wondering if sent wrong one accidentally as description said citrus taste and reviews saying it melted in hand etc certainly didn’t . Very like old school hash taste very different and poorer product form what I expected tbh. Good service tho and good people maybe just unlucky

I've used this company for nearly 3 years (I moved with them from dispenseree).
I use it to top up my medical script as actually it is more cost effective.

In all that time I've only had 2 issues (once lost in post and once wrong product sent), and they have swiftly sorted it all out.

I wish everyone had this level of customer service, ignore the negative reviews as there is a lot of impersonating sites.
