What went wrong with this game? Pixel Federation is what went wrong. I did play TS1 making it to level 5183 but there are too many bugs and currently cannot contact customer support due to and open issue they never addressed. You can only request one issue at a time. It's been about 3 months. They say they accept Pay Pal on TS1 but you can't make a payment with pay pal. TS2 again they only allow one complaint at a time. I have reported malfunctioning adds for three months and they do remove them but they replace them with a different malfunctioning ad. You watch the ads to speed up trains and collect gifts as of today none are working as intended. Pixel is great at developing games they just don't listen to players making the game a train wreck.

Pixel Federation is a game development company that creates free-to-play games - what they forget to tell you is that to achieve anything you HAVE to spend real money as that is how the games (TS2 and Port City) are designed and developed, to coerce people into spending money.

They claim to have 140 million players, perhaps they mean the games have been downloaded (yes that's right - downloaded, contrary to what they advertise) but how many of those downloads have been deleted and gotten rid of? Perhaps someone should start a stat showing how many triewd it and came to their senses and deleted the things. Stats are great but can be used (as is the case with PF) to deceive people as well.

Their so called technical support/customer support is great IF you are being complimentary. Anything negetive or that raises BUGS and ISSUES is given a standard cut and paste response and when they don't work - they simply ignore the problem/issue altogether.

Add to that the fact they only tell you what they want you to know. For example, they advertise that TS2 is now available on PC and give the impression that it is available from them (pixel federation PF) when in fact they use a third party mob in Sweden (I believe to host the thing, which raises issues as well. If you play the thing on PC and there is an issue - PF blames Pley.com and Pley.com tells you it's a PF matter. Neither take responsibility so nothing gets fixed.

Pixel Federation is all about Pixel Federation and doesn't give a damn about those who play (or try to play) their games UNLESS you are one of the few who pander to their greed and tell them how great they are.

Bottom line - they cannot be trusted in anyway and while their two main games are interesting and have potential - they are let down by incompetance and greed.

pour n'importe quoi il faut regarder une pub,
leurs "offres" sont sans interet.
leur "collecte" pour preserver des trains historiques sont sans veritable compte-rendue verifiable et lentement il s'installe un malaise qu'on se fait avoir par des gens peux recommandables.
conclusion : j'arret à jouer à cette farce et vous dis :
fuyez ces gens et leur jeux debile.

So Train Station 3 has been "launched" - pity most people can't play it because of pixels restrictions on it like needing more than 4 GB of ram to begin with. This is typical pixel though, rekeasing half assed rubbish for their "customers" to deal with then doing nothing but make excuses.

Ironically my samsung tablet has MORE than 4 BG of ram and TS3 still claims that it is not compatible which tells me the thing has more problems that pixel are ignoring, something else they management) are very good at - just take a look at Glass Door.

All in all, from what I have seen - this TS3 is just another TS2 with regards the flaws and bugs BUT is a much bigger grab for money and THAT ladies and gentlemen is all pixel federatioin is,, a grab for money mob.

I LOVE Diggy Adventure it keeps you going. There is so much to do that you never get bored

Hmm pixel federation? Well, take a look at a site called "Glass Door", a site where employees and past employees leave reveiews of their companies - amazing how many current and past employees say the same thing - pixel management is apathetic, self serving, ignorant, narrow minded and do what they want to do regardless of what their "customers" or "staff" say and/or suggest. Bottom line - pixel management is the real problem wityh pixel federation while an apathetic tech support adds to the issues most people seem to face. In short, if you have a problem with a PF game, don't expect any "productive help" from anyone, they'll only tell you what they think you want to hear, blame someone or something else for the problem OR (and most commonly) ignore you entirely. The ONLY tech spt person who has ever done anything for me as a result of a problem I had was a Port City tech - Alz and he/she is the ONLY one.

They charged my account numerous times without my consent, this went on for months till I caught it. They refused to accept my claim or help me with it. But my credit card invoice doesn't lie.

The games are ok- the graphics a bit boring and the levels not very well balanced. But overall the games themselves are ok.
The Customer Support- HORRIBLE. They are always happy to take your money but if you expect them to deliver on what they promise to, well, don't hold your breathe. I spent actual currency with them, bought a package and an event pass. There was an issue with the game loading and playing from the moment I purchased the package. I wrote their customer service team to request they deliver the packages I purchased in full or to refund my money. They did neither- rather they offered a fraction of what I spent in their efforts to pass the buck, avoid responsibility and essentially to let me know they truly DO NOT care about their clients.
Spend your time and money on other games, that do not fall under the umbrella of Pixelfederation. You will likely get better service and a better experience.

Customer support ignores messages regarding a bug that caused me to lose a large amount of ingame currency. Apple is not able to assist. Too low amount of money to consult a lawyer. Choke on it, poxelfederarion. A shame on all the money and hours I spent building my account. No pixelfederation for me, and no freemium games for me either moving forward. Lesson learned.

THe offer gems for Trainstation 2 through Offerwall/Tapjoy which you do not get. Twice now, and yes, I should never had done it again. I even sent the confirmation of my donation and was cheated out of over 3000 gems. I have spent a lot of money purchasing add-ons and now sorry I ever spent a dime to be taken advantage of.

Pixel Federation aka Perpetual Failings! Lets start with the basics - the game/s (TS2 and City Port) are a great cure for insomnia - they are incredibly repetitive, drawn out and boring. Don't believe their advertising of the games either - talk about False Advertising in the extreme.
They claim they are players for players and they want feedback regarding bugs and ways to improve the games. When you provide that feedback THEY give you a bunch of pathetic excuses or do what they do BEST - completely ignore anything that isn't complimentrary of their rubbish. In short - their so called customer support is nothing more than a couple of indioviduals who no doubt have a list of pre written excuses to shove down peoples thoats and that is it. They don't care what people think - they don't want to know what people think - all they care about is how to CON people into spending real money and THAT is the bottom line with this mob. Everything they do is to coerse people into spending real money so they can achieve their unrealistic so called goals.
End of the day - don't waste your time with either of their damn games and dont believe a word of anything they claim. As one person mentioned - you thought microsucks was bad, this mob makes them look almost credible and that is scary!

It started as a relaxed, laid back game, but after returning back from holiday, they have implemented forced ads. This will annoy you as much as it annoys me, and you will quit the game like I do today.
Greed has eventually taken hold of their mindset.
Not recommended.

Didn't bother helping in anyway when I didn't get gems i earnt. Deleted the game, if they aren't going to fulfill their obligations then I won't support them. Disgusting customer service.
