They were good to take my order and sent it on time but the items I recorded were not properly cut and cut through the artwork. I had already paid my invoice.

I emailed them more than four times after, multiple people and no one responded. I also called more then 5 times and no answer. Not good service.

I didn't get my delivery, I've tried the chat support two times now and have hit what seems like a BOT that just tells me it will be investigated and then hangs up the chat

The old adage “you can have it done well, cheap or fast - pick two” doesn’t apply with PixartPrinting. They do it all and reliably too. Production errors are very rare and the resolution is always prompt and satisfactory.

The business cards were exactly as per the artwork and text I sent to them. The quality of the cards was superb and the speed at which they processed the order was exceptional.
